Elements of “gold” could be observed throughout the hotel, from the faux gold vault and gold bars to the gold coins presented as tokens to enter the in-house restaurant for breakfast. The restaurant emanated a jazzy vibe with the dark walls and warm lighting. Highlights - Having stayed here for 2 consecutive nights, I was glad that there is some variation in the Asian food options. Although the dishes were a simple fare (perhaps authentic Taiwanese breakfast) and little options, it is good enough to fill the tummy to start the day. Avg. In early winter of 2025, I stepped into the Huashan Town Hotel in Taipei, embarking on an unprecedented journey where accommodation and art intertwined. This hotel, like a hidden art palace in the bustling city, elevates the accommodation experience to a new level. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I was deeply attracted by its unique design. The ceiling was adorned with works by local artists, and the walls were decorated with various modern art pieces, from abstract ink paintings to delicate oil paintings. Each piece seemed to tell a different story, inviting guests to stop and appreciate them. Surprisingly, the hotel did not confine art to a specific space but cleverly integrated it into every corner.

Staying at Tiancheng Cultural Travel Huashan Town, one is first attracted by its superior geographical location. It is only a 3-minute walk from Zhongxiao Xinsheng MRT Station, adjacent to the Huashan 1914 Creative Park, with convenient transportation and a strong cultural atmosphere around. The hotel's design is ingenious, incorporating elements of safes and liquor production, creating a sense of unique cultural heritage. Inside the room, details like the painted pillows show a dedication to detail, white sheets paired with colorful pillows add vibrancy and life to the room. Additionally, the bath amenities feature a French organic olive series, and the hand soap is a retro-scented traditional soap, adding a touch of surprise to the stay. Enjoying breakfast at the hotel's restaurant 'San Si Town' is also a great pleasure. Vintage toasters, fresh fruit, and Chinese-style light porridge and dishes, make one feel as if they are in a warm and comfortable family-like atmosphere. Finally, taking a stroll in the hotel's public spaces and appreciating the installation art, is also a delightful experience. The only regret is the lack of a parking lot at the hotel, but this does not affect the overall stay experience. Overall, Tiancheng Cultural Travel Huashan Town leaves a lasting impression with its unique design style, convenient location, and comfortable stay experience, making it a recommended accommodation choice.

You could see elements such as faux gold bars and faux gold coin tokens to present for hotel breakfast. The location is super convenient too, just 350m away from metro Zhongxiao Xinsheng station along the blue line. The room was surprising spacious, clean and comfortable for such a reasonable price.
