To celebrate Valentine's Day in advance, I went to the first floor of the Hong Kong Art Gallery with my girlfriend to eat western food🍽 after work
The environment is really great, the restaurant is rectangular, floor-to-ceiling glass, while eating while looking at the view of the Victoria Harbor🌊
It's really relaxing, and coming with your other half has a sense of ceremony💞
We chose 3 dishes, including Startes, Main Course, Desserts
Startes chose quail, roasted red onion, cooked meat spread, and coffee ground beans
Generally, quail is rarely served in Western restaurants. The meat of pan-fried quail is tender
Served with cooked meat sauce, full of savory flavor, coffee bean flavor is more prominent, with freshness🤎
Oysters, grilled tomatoes, leek and woodgrass sauce
The oysters🦪 are fresh and sweet, full of flesh, without the smell of sea and crushed sand
Served with small tomatoes and leek wood rhinoceros sauce, the taste is a little sour, very appetizing😋
Main Courses are selected respectively
Pan-fried sea herring, morning scented avocado, sesame oil carrots, coriander and mussel soup
The herring🐟 has absolutely no fine bones, the fish steak is very thick, the meat is tender and not loose
The anchovies dipped in coriander mussel broth sauce are slightly sour, bringing out the freshness of the fish
