#passionpassport When you stayed at Hilton Danang. It is most recommended to have their wonderful breakfast at Brasserie Bam located on 4th Floor. Opening hours from 6 to 10am. Brasserie Nam is located at 50 Bach Dang, Inside the Hilton Hotel. The contemporary design with both indoor and outdoor setting where you can enjoy a vast variety of Vietnamese and international breakfast. Thee restaurant is beautifully renovated and it is also open for lunch and dinner. It was in ideal place to have a meal gathering for friends, family or social gatherings. The food served were delicious and I can feel the fresh ingredients used and I especially love the variety of their cheese choices. Excellent choice for dinning when you are in Da Nang.

We would sincerely thanks the hospitality, services and great help of the Hilton staff offered to us when we were staying there. Yesterday, when you were checking out, my friend carelessly left his wallet at the lobby sofa. Without realising it, we departed for the airport. When we were in the departure lounge, he got a call from the hotel informing him about the wallet. Due to time constraints, we didn’t have time to go to hotel to get the wallet, hotel staff, especially the forever helpful Mr Thanh offered to send the wallet to the airport. Anxious waiting for his arrival, as our flight was due to depart in 45 minutes, thankfully everything work out perfectly, my friend were able to get his wallet back in time. All in all, a great thanks to Mr Thanh and other helpful staff, all of you are the best.

Hilton Da Nang is a wonderful hotel. This is my first time staying in this magnificent hotel in Da Nang. Facing the Danang River, I have a glorious view of sunrise from my window. Totally beautiful and satisfying. The hotel is located at 50 Bac Dang, Hai chau 1, right in the centre of Danang city. Surrounded by other hotels such as upcoming Marriott and Novotel. It is inspired by traditional Vietnamese Design and had a wonderful view of the Danang Coastline. The other things I like about this hotel are the excellent services of the staff which is forever helpful. The room that I stayed is also very comfy and the bed has a firm and silky feel. It is very easy to walk around from the hotel as there are lots of nice cafe, Vietnamese coffee, local cuisine and friendly people. Totally worth it and will be back in future. Strongly recommended.

During my trip to Da Nang with my family, I stayed at the Hilton Da Nang Suite for 2 nights. There are many convenient facilities such as a market, massage shop, local restaurant, etc. that can be reached by walking or Grab, so the location was good, and above all, the room condition and the meticulous attention of the staff were great. Came here for honeymoon and had a horrible unpleasant time. The lift was not working very well & the bathtub has issues (unable to fill up with water). But aside from this some inconveniences, the major thing was my wife has her intimates & clothes stolen from our room! We stayed for 4 days 3 nights and the first 2 days we didn't engage the housekeeping service. The 3rd day we went out and indicated for room service, and when we came back, we realised that my wife's bag of intimates & clothes that she wore for the past 2 days were gone (while the bag of my own smelly guy's clothes placed beside hers were still there). So it was obviously intentionally being taken away, not sure if it was stolen or incidentally being thrown away by the housekeeping. But it was definitely lost from the hotel because why else would we bring dirty clothes out when sightseeing? We spoke to the hotel manager and she did not give us a viable answer and refused to take responsibility and when we mentioned offering compensation, she became defensive and mentioned they would not do so as that would be equivalent to admitting to them being at fault
