Koh Kood in the rainy season is good. 🌊🍃
Hideout Koh Kood 🏖️🌊🌳
👋🏻 Goodbye Koh Kood, 5 days, 4 nights.
This was a very long drive for us.
Bangkok-Trat wasn't really that long, but we stopped at every place, from Pattaya to cafes, restaurants, and hotels.
🌳 Arriving at the hotel was a rough ride, but the fatigue was gone.
Because the hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, and they even provided a welcome drink.
Waiting for service helped with motion sickness.
This was probably the first time I thought, "Why is traveling so difficult?" 😂 Normally, if I had to travel like this,
I definitely wouldn't. It had to be the most comfortable, 5-star experience.
I was tired of having to take a bus and a boat, and it was such a tiring ride.
🚢- Because from Bangkok-Trat it takes 5 hours (not including the one-day stopover).
- From the first night's accommodation to the pier, it takes 30 minutes.
- From the ferry company parking lot to the ferry boarding, it takes 5 minutes.
- The boat ride takes 1 hour. Even though the reviews said this type of boat ride,
the Express Company wouldn't make you sober, nope. We were totally sober.
But only on the way there, because on the way back, Pete
took us to sit on the first floor because he said he wasn't sober. Well...not really.
- Arriving at Koh Kood, we docked at the pier and were picked up by the hotel car.
The car ride was a very long 40 minutes.
⛅️ This suffering disappeared once we arrived at the hotel.
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very nice. We didn't book a villa in time.
I was a little disappointed, but we got a beachfront room.
It was so chill. We could sit and look at the sea from the room.
At night, we could hear the waves crashing on the shore.
There were rainy days, and the sky cleared up for photos, swimming, and relaxing walks.
In the evening, we went to chill out at Hideout Bar. It was great.
We didn't rent a motorbike because we didn't know how to get around.
We didn't want to ride, we didn't want to do anything.
If we wanted to go somewhere, we contacted the hotel and rented a local car to take us there.
That's all for my feelings. I'm not asking for a review.
"Koh Kood is nice," he said. "They weren't that mean to us." Once you understand nature, traveling becomes more fun.
No need to worry about getting wet or looking beautiful. Come relax and enjoy a truly relaxing place.
