📸🇨🇳Shanghai🇨🇳📸 I visited Shanghai and it was more fun and impressive than I thought! Shanghai is a large and developed city, easily accessible by subway and taxi. The city is full of diversity, from skyscrapers like Pudong to the classic old quarter. My favorite spot is The Bund, with its stunning views of the Huangpu River and beautiful buildings. The atmosphere is especially beautiful at night. I also loved Yu Garden, which offers a truly authentic Chinese atmosphere, complete with gardens, pavilions, and beautiful houses. There's also a wealth of food nearby. I tried the Xiao Long Bao, which was incredibly filling and the soup was so delicious I wanted to eat it again. I also strolled around Tianzifang, an art district filled with small cafes and cute handmade goods. Shanghai is a city perfect for photography, sightseeing, and delicious food. Transportation is convenient, with subways, buses, and bicycles for rent at various points. 🚲 What impressed me most was the bicycle rentals, which cost only 1.5 yuan for half an hour. They're easy to use and available almost everywhere. 🚻 Public restrooms They're clean and available in almost every location in the city, making them much more convenient than many other major cities I've visited. 🏛️ Architecture & Atmosphere The city is filled with tall buildings and architecture that blends both old and new perfectly. The Bund is a must-see. The view of the Huangpu River and the skyscrapers of Pudong across the river are stunning, perfect for taking photos from any angle. The riverside atmosphere at night, lit by beautiful lights, gives a futuristic feel. 🎢 Disneyland Shanghai Another impressive attraction, it's magnificent, large, and offers a variety of zones suitable for all ages. The rides are truly exciting, especially the TRON Lightcycle Power Run, a highlight, and the nighttime shows are also spectacular. 🍜 Food & Accommodation Delicious food and a wide variety, from street food to luxury restaurants, are available at all price points. Accommodations are reasonably priced compared to the standard. We're traveling to Harbin, but the return flight has a 10+ hour layover in Shanghai. Let's see what else we can do besides waiting. ✈️ I've been to Shanghai before, so I can estimate the time. However, it's best to arrive at the airport about two hours before departure. We'll be arriving at Shanghai Airport at 12:50 PM, and we estimate our departure time to be around 2:00 PM. At 2:00 PM, we'll take the Maglev and then the subway into Shanghai. It takes about 50 minutes to reach Lujiazui Station, or the Pearl Tower area. It's right there at Exit 1, so you can stroll around and take photos. At 4:00 PM, we'll head to the 1000 Trees complex. We'll take the subway to Jiangning Road Station, Exit 1, and then walk a short distance (about 8 minutes). At 5:00 PM, we'll take the subway to the International Cruise Terminal, Exit 3. Cross the street to the waterfront at The North Bund Greenland. You can stroll here until evening. Or you can go to the mall across the street for something to eat (I recommend eating your fill, it's a big mall with a lot of food). If you have some time left, you might want to check in at another spot near the old buildings or Wukang Mansion. Go to Jiaotong University Station, Exit 1. 7:00 PM: Take the MRT back to Longyang Road Station to catch the Maglev back to the airport. Check in and wait for your flight at midnight. First time in Shanghai! Gorgeous room on the 35th floor, friendly staff of all levels: pleasant receptionists, polite and helpful maids! New, clean hotel. Rooms on the top floors. Our room overlooked the tower! There's a metro downstairs, making it easy to get around the city. Close to the airport and main attractions. There's a shopping mall and lots of cafes downstairs. The hotel area is gorgeous.

No much spendings except for souvenirs. The theatre show is so professional and easy to understand as there are some English subtitles as they talk about the history of Shanghai. Food is not fantastic and we don’t mind to get fast food burger and bubble tea. Overall experience is good and welcoming.
