Fashionable and Stylish! Tsim Sha Tsui's Unique Indian Dinner Experience.
After a stroll through Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui🥳, decided to find a beautiful restaurant for dinner🫶🏻. SAVVY, located in Gateway Arcade, boasts a fashionable and elegant decor with a spacious interior that makes for a comfortable dining experience!
For the evening, we chose the SAVVY special sharing menu for two ($798/2 people), which includes Western and Indian dishes, all rich and satisfying~ The lamb chops were particularly tender and a big favorite💗
🟠 Japanese Shrimp and Vegetable Platter
Started with a fresh salad to whet the appetite, with ingredients like shrimp, carrots, cucumber, avocado, green apple, and salad greens, all refreshing and pleasant.
🟠 Hokkaido Sashimi-Grade Scallops
Seared scallops on a hot plate with seaweed and asparagus, the meat was sweet and buttery.
🟠 SAVVY's Special Mixed Vegetable Soup
The reddish hue was a feast for the eyes! Made with beetroot and a variety of vegetables, the soup was sweet and refreshing, with a mix of textures from the vegetables.
🟠 Grilled Australian Milk-Fed Lamb Chops
Ordered medium-rare💗 The lamb chops were tender and juicy🫶🏻, unexpectedly flavorful and beautifully cooked, with a generous portion for each person. Served with bean sprouts and Malaysian Sarawak black pepper sauce, the meat was fragrant and appetizing.
🟠 Indian Grilled Mixed Platter
The Indian platter included grilled lamb skewers, sea bass, and chicken😋, allowing to savor three different kinds of meat in one go. Additionally, there was a choice of garlic naan or butter naan. The garlic naan was baked to a golden brown, full of garlic aroma.
🟠 North Indian Fried Mixed Vegetables
The mixed vegetable fritters were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, very tasty.

Rabbit Installation at Harbour City
Lunar new year brings a lot of interesting installations and decorations in every corner of Hong Kong. One of excitement spots where people can spend little time and take a good memorable photos of the #yearofrabbit is Harbour City shopping centre. In front of the gate, you can find the rabbits in different colours and sizes. It was nice to see how happy kids climbing at the small rabbit or a family take a photo with the big rabbit full of smile! Happy new year of rabbit!

Bringing cute and white unicorns statues together with Christmas trees, the decoration is located outside the mall entrance next to the sea views (harbor city has so many entrances due to its sizes) and cover the stairs area going to the mall.
Other than that there is also a temporary installation art by Christian Dior on the Ocean Terminal Deck worth to be visited.

Sips;;lban Korean Restaurant in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui
Sips;;lban Korean Restaurant in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, is famous for its unique Korean flavors and exquisite desserts. It's perfect to drop by after shopping in Harbour City to give it a try.
Half & Half Fried Chicken comes in two different flavors: this time I chose garlic honey and onion sauce. The skin is fried to a crispy perfection, and the flavors of garlic and honey are perfectly blended, creating a unique taste. The onion sauce fried chicken is even more flavorful, with the sweetness of the onions complementing the tender chicken, making you want to keep eating one piece after another.
Roast Beef with Pasta features tender and juicy Korean-style roast beef perfectly paired with the al dente pasta. The sauce is slightly spicy, leaving a memorable taste.
Sweet Corn Bingsu is visually appealing, with the sweetness of corn and the coolness of shaved ice complementing each other. The addition of roasted corn adds a hint of smokiness, creating a rich texture.
Sweet Corn Cake has a soft and fluffy texture, with the sweetness of corn perfectly blending with the cake, offering a lingering corn fragrance with every bite.
Cherry Blossom Latte with Croissant and Cherry Blossom Marshmallow Bubble are two limited-edition specialty drinks. The former intertwines the floral scent of cherry blossoms with the richness of coffee, paired with a crispy croissant, while the latter is rich in milk flavor with the sweetness of marshmallows, both offering a perfect match in taste with just the right amount of sweetness.

High-Quality Korean Barbecue! Summer Smoked Feast.
Head to 'Snowy Grill' in Tsim Sha Tsui for some Korean barbecue 🥰 High-quality, beautiful meat that's sinfully satisfying! With the arrival of spring and summer, the restaurant has launched the Summer Smoked Feast set meal ($1088/2-person meal) 🫶🏻 It includes my favorite soy sauce platter, a beautiful beef combo, and smoked pork belly on the table 💗 Absolutely delicious!
The restaurant's decor is elegant, with LED screens on the walls displaying colorful scenes of different seasons 🫶🏻 Very stylish.
🟠 Soy Sauce Platter
The seafood soy sauce platter comes with large shrimp, abalone, and scallops - all three are very tasty, each bite bursting with the fresh aroma of soy sauce. My favorite is the large shrimp 🤤🤤🤤 The texture is smooth and the body is crisp, and there's a lot of shrimp paste, super fresh!
🟠 Korean Beef Short Ribs, Wagyu Skirt Steak, Wagyu Rib Meat, Wagyu Tongue
Beef lovers look forward to the beautiful beef combo! All four types of high-quality beef are to my liking 🫶🏻 Overflowing with beefy aroma, each has its own texture - the thin beef tongue is refreshing and bouncy, the Korean beef short ribs have beautiful marbling, tender and delicious 💗
🟠 Smoked Applewood Pork Belly
The server smokes the pork belly right at the table 🫶🏻 The process takes about a minute, and when the glass lid is opened after smoking, the smoke disperses creating a full visual effect 💗 The server also skillfully grills it for us, the pork belly is fragrant and crispy when eaten, paired with lettuce and Korean spicy sauce, delicious!
🟠 Pear Water Cold Noodles
You can choose between cold noodles or Zhajiang noodles - the slightly sour and refreshing cold noodles in hot weather have won my heart ☺️ They perfectly balance the greasiness of the barbecue.
🟠 Dessert of the Day
Finally, we had a serving of Tiramisù, smooth and rich, very good.

Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Pearl of the Orient
Hong Kong is located in the southern part of China, to the east of the Pearl River Estuary, facing Macau across the sea to the west, adjacent to Shenzhen to the north, and overlooking the Wanshan Archipelago of Zhuhai to the south. The region includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and 262 surrounding islands, with a land area of 1,113.76 square kilometers and a sea area of 1,641.21 square kilometers, totaling 2,754.97 square kilometers. With a total population of 7.3332 million, it is one of the most densely populated areas in the world, with the highest life expectancy globally and ranking fourth in the Human Development Index.
Hong Kong has been Chinese territory since ancient times and was under British colonial rule from 1842 to 1997. After World War II, Hong Kong's economy and society developed rapidly, becoming one of the 'Four Asian Tigers' and one of the wealthiest, most economically developed, and highest living standard areas in the world. On July 1, 1997, the Chinese government resumed sovereignty over Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region was established. The central government has full governance over Hong Kong, which maintains its capitalist system unchanged for the long term and enjoys a high degree of autonomy in all affairs except foreign affairs and defense, participating in international organizations and conferences under the name 'Hong Kong, China.' 'One country, two systems,' 'Hong Kong people ruling Hong Kong,' and a high degree of autonomy are the basic national policies of the Chinese government.
Hong Kong is a highly prosperous free port and international metropolis, known as 'Ny-Lon-Kong' together with New York and London, and is the world's third-largest financial center, an important international trade, shipping center, and international innovation and technology center. Hong Kong is a place where Eastern and Western cultures blend, combining Chinese wisdom with Western social management experience, and is known for its clean government, good public order, free economic system, and sound legal system, earning reputations such as the Pearl of the Orient, a food paradise, and a shopping paradise. In 2022, it achieved a gross regional product of 2,827 billion Hong Kong dollars, approximately 2,428 billion yuan.

Harbour City Disney's 100th anniversary is too good to miss!
🇭🇰Having come to Hong Kong, how can one not visit Harbour City for shopping? Harbour City is the largest shopping center in the Hong Kong area, and it faces the sea, making the mood super super good while strolling and eating there! Here we are~
🥳This trip to Harbour City, we were really too happy, because we also caught up with Disney's 100th anniversary celebration, with so many Disney-themed photo spots❤️Loved it, loved it
🌟Duffy and Friends theme: A super big StellaLou, she's a Disney star now! 💕And there's Duffy, ShellieMay, and the little butter dog Cookie! My heart is so touched, I rushed to take pictures, snapping away non-stop! 🧸
🌟Toy Story theme: It's also a theme I love very much, who can not love Disney~ Forever young and forever passionate~ 🥳Disney is always protecting our girlish hearts!
🐳Besides the indoor themed scenes, there are also outdoor scenes, embracing Disney plush toys while facing the sea feels amazing!
🍿Not only that, Harbour City is really great for shopping! The food is also delicious! The experience is very comfortable, we went a bit early and didn't have to queue, the overall feeling of the visit was very nice👍Highly recommended!

🎬 Acting as a 'tour guide' again, I passed by Harbour City and discovered the 🎉Disney peripheral activities. The decorations are really 🥳 cute, and Times Square in Causeway Bay has them too! The event is expected to last until September.

🍗 For dining options, choose Mong Kok or Tsim Sha Tsui. There are a plethora of guides online, which are too difficult for me. In fact, you can get very full for an average of 50 per person in the alleyway restaurants because the portions are generous. (If you're not picky, you can choose this way)
💊 For pharmacies, Mong Kok and Tsim Sha Tsui again. I think the prices of the goods in the pharmacies are generally quite expensive. If you have enough time, you can compare prices in three different stores before deciding to buy.
-
🚀tips:
1. For my round trip, I chose to enter through the Futian Port. Prepare to fill out the customs travel declaration and take a screenshot in advance, as you will need to scan the code for entry.
2. Before entering, purchase a data roaming plan for your 📱 in advance, which can be activated by the day through zfb.
3. You can exchange currency 💵 at the port, as not all stores in Hong Kong accept online payments.
4. After passing through the two customs checkpoints, you can take the subway.
5. For subway or bus travel, you can choose zfb or vx, and remember to switch the location 📍 to Hong Kong. However, I think if you are going to many places in one day, it would be more cost-effective to buy an Octopus one-day pass ⌚️.
6. 7-11 convenience stores offer power bank rentals, and the mini-program is chargsspot.

Hong Kong: A Journey of Prosperity and Vitality
When I set foot on the prosperous land of Hong Kong, I felt as if I was in a world full of vitality and multiculturalism. During this trip, I visited many unforgettable attractions.
First, I took the Star Ferry across Victoria Harbour and enjoyed the charming night view. In Harbour City, I immersed myself in the shopping paradise of luxury goods, and couldn't help but marvel at Hong Kong's status as a fashion capital.
The Peak became the highlight in my heart. Standing there, overlooking the whole of Hong Kong, I could feel the pulse of the city. Sai Wan Swimming Shed, on the other hand, is a beautiful sunset photo spot that made me linger.
Ocean Park and Disneyland brought me back to my childhood. Here, I had close contact with marine life and laughed with Disney characters. These experiences became the highlights of my trip to Hong Kong.
The shopping streets in Hong Kong, such as Mong Kok, Tsim Sha Tsui, and Causeway Bay, all exude a strong Hong Kong style. I shopped and tasted food here, feeling the pulse of the city.
In conclusion, my trip to Hong Kong left me with beautiful memories. The prosperity and vitality of this city made me linger.

Harbour City, the shopping paradise in Hong Kong
Today, I came to the famous Canton Road in Hong Kong, which is a well-known shopping street located in Tsim Sha Tsui. The Harbour City on this street has various luxury brand stores, and you can find all the brands you want here. Hong Kong itself is duty-free plus the exchange rate difference, which is equivalent to 8-9 discounts. Children's brands are also lined up in the Ocean Terminal, with each luxury store next to each other on the street. Every time the child comes, he will go to Fendi and Burberry, and he has chosen two new products this year. Nowadays, children grow up with their own opinions and aesthetics, and they can be completely handed over to them for shopping. Hong Kong is a shopping paradise. You may not know other places, but you will definitely know the Harbour City on Canton Road!

Harbor City offers many shopping and dining options. Here, I found a small exhibition on the global impact of film. Pictures of fourteen countries captured on film cameras are displayed. The 120° wide-angle lens captures expansive scenes, with brightly-colored backgrounds. You can find the finished products for sale here.

Hong Kong people will have long-term health and long-term love, and the TVB drama is not a move. This is not the Yongshengtang next to the bus stop as a herbal tea shop. There are six varieties, one bowl, one bowl of characteristic Chinese herbal herbal tea, covered with a lid and placed on the side of the shop, 10 to 20 Hong Kong dollars, passing by people A bowl, just standing on the side of the road to drink directly, most of the choice of twenty-four flavors.
Take the bus from the West Ring Swimming shed back to the hotel to pick up your luggage. Before you say, you have to stay for a little half a day to shop for Xiaoyan. Since you are with you, respect each other! Just go to Victoria Harbour and go for two!
There is a NWFB 973 bus directly to the Harbour City near the hotel. It is also convenient. Now I know how convenient it is to choose a hotel. Not only do you have direct buses, but also subways and favorite car!
Harbour City, not much to say, is definitely a shopping paradise for girls, a comprehensive shopping plaza, too big to get out, I will follow it! Of course, the most encountered is the purchasing, one of the favorite shopping malls for mainlanders!
The place where we got off the bus, just opposite the Harbour City. If I buy cosmetics, I think I can buy it here. It won't be as big as the harbour city. It is denser and better. Well-known brands basically have! The little friends are wandering inside, I sit outside and look at the luggage, find a big fan to blow the air, and take it easy!
In and out are all big bags and small bags, people who are full of rewards, all smiles, go back to look at the bill, what kind of mood will it be
Come on, the little friend wants to Shenzhen Station takes the high-speed train back to Pinghu, and when the second comes, the high-speed rail, you must go through a different way to experience the customs! So, leave Victoria Harbour and transfer from Dongdong to Hung Hom to the East Rail Line to Lo Wu. The journey takes about 50 minutes!
Before the high-speed rail entered Hong Kong, Luohu was the port with the largest traffic from the mainland to Hong Kong. After all, the subway is convenient. The East Rail Line is divided into two trains. One is to Luhu, and the other is to Lok Ma Chau. That is, Futian Port, you can go to the wrong car, you can go to the underwater car in the penultimate station, and wait for the next train you want to go!

Oh, yes, if you have an Octopus card, remember to return the card at the window after exiting the station, the card balance + deposit - 10 Hong Kong dollars handling fee, but the return is Hong Kong dollars.
