Representative menu items include abalone braised short ribs and mackerel soy sauce crab set. Parking is available for about 8 cars in front of the building, and there is also a large open space parking lot across the street, which is convenient. It is a great place to visit for a family meal, and the price is not expensive, so it is cost-effective.

#IndoorDate It was my first time eating a set meal of mackerel, and it exceeded my expectations. The mackerel was very fresh, and the meat was so chewy that I could taste the flavor of the sea with every bite. The seasoning wasn't too strong, and it was impressive that it brought out the original flavor of the mackerel. The side dishes that came with it were all neat and clean, and the seasoned vegetables were especially savory and went well with the mackerel. The rice was hot and the rice grains were still alive, and the scorched rice that I ate at the end was really great. The staff quickly replenished the side dishes that were lacking during the meal, which made me even more satisfied. I want to try other menus next time!

#IndoorDate I went to eat soy sauce marinated crab set meal, and it really lived up to its reputation. The crab was very fresh and full of meat, so I was happy the whole time I was eating. The soy sauce was moderately salty and sweet, and the word "rice thief" was perfect. I put soy sauce marinated crab on top of the rice in a pot and it was so delicious that I ate two bowls of rice. There were various side dishes, but the green onion kimchi and cubed radish went especially well with the crab. I felt good because I could finish the meal cleanly with the scorched rice soup that came after the meal. I recommend this restaurant as a must-visit when you come to Gyeongju!

The interior of the cafe is decorated with plants and wooden furniture, so it feels like you are resting in nature. I tried the signature dessert, cherry cheesecake, and the combination of refreshing cherries and rich cheese was great. The coffee was also rich and delicious. I ordered a lemon macaron and a hot latte here. The macaron was moderately sweet and had a chewy texture, and the latte had an impressive soft milk foam. It was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee while looking out the window, and I plan to visit again if I visit Gyeongju again.

The coffee had a great deep aroma, and the tart was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, melting in my mouth. In particular, the view of the green mountains and hills outside the window was really beautiful. It's the perfect place to spend some leisurely time with friends.

Renting a bike can make exploring the area easier (even if it is sometimes very hot!). Gyeongju is one of the most important cultural centers I visited during my time in Korea, with a large number of interesting sites and monuments. Among them, Seokguram Grotto is an 8th century man-made cave built into the mountainside at the same time as the nearby Bulguksa Temple. The reclining Buddha statues inside are impressive. If possible, watch the sunrise from the cave, as the view is particularly beautiful. Near the national museum, I found Anapji Park to be worth a visit, especially in the evening, when all the buildings (completely restored and rebuilt) are lit up and reflected in the artificial lake. Don't forget to try sambap, the city's culinary specialty, during your visit to Gyeongju. It consists of rice and seasoned meat wrapped in lettuce and served with sauce.
