I have had the pleasure of trying out the best of glass Brasserie from their breakfast buffet, afternoon tea to lunch and dinners. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, they checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Plenty of options for different types of dietary needs including vegetarians and vegans. The setting is beautiful, spacious, airy and calm. It's a wonderful place to start the day with their breakfast buffet. The signature desert of the licorice parfait is not to be missed but the other deserts are good too. The wine selection was a lot and our cab sav was a nice companion. Our lady server was friendly, efficient and warm with a lovely smile. She made the dining experience pleasant and relaxing. #australiatrip #buffet #hilton #sydney
