Waterfall curtain of Uthai city
This is Pang Sawan Dam, a beautiful waterfall curtain that is not naturally occurring, but has been created by nature. It is located in Ban Rai District, Uthai Thani Province. It is a community dam built to store water and slow down the flow of water. If the amount of water exceeds the capacity of the dam, the water will overflow the ridge of the dam to the bottom, creating a beautiful curtain of water that falls on the ground in a strange and beautiful way. #Get a discount without relying on luck

Pang Sawan Dam in Uthai Thani
A trendy check-in spot made famous by a YouTuber who filmed an interesting video here, making it popular. We had to see it for ourselves.
Traveling from Ban Rai District, you turn into a small village road after a while. It might seem like you're lost because there are no cars, but the GPS is accurate.
Parking is available for free before crossing the dam, but there might be a fee if you cross. There are restrooms (with a fee) and restaurants serving tourists on top of the dam.
Be careful walking down as it can be slippery. The water looks dark but is actually clear; the dark color is due to algae. The dam has two channels. It's recommended to go to the right channel first if it's less crowded, as the left channel is more popular and easier to walk through.

💦 "#Pang Sawan Weir #Travel Thailand #Travel Uthai Thani " One of the places for taking cool photos, built to slow down and store water flowing from "Pang Sawan Waterfall". When the water overflows beyond capacity, it will flow to the other side of the weir, creating a beautiful and unusual water curtain. The more water, the more tax.

Pang Sawan Dam, an unseen tourist attraction in Uthai Thani
#Rainy season attractions
Entering the rainy season with the most unseen tourist spot in Ban Rai District, Uthai Thani Province, Pang Sawan Weir. It is a community weir built to store water and slow down the flow of water. If the water exceeds the capacity of the weir, the water will overflow over the weir ridge to the bottom, creating a beautiful and unusual water curtain. It has become a must-see check-in spot, especially during the rainy season when the water volume is particularly high.
However, visiting Pang Sawan Weir requires a bit of luck because even though the weir was built by humans, the beauty of the water curtain comes from nature.
There is no official parking at the weir. You have to find parking near the weir yourself. This area is a red dirt road, a route for locals to travel. There are small stairs to walk down into the square holes that are the weirs on both sides. The floor is quite slippery because there is moss growing on the floor and walls, so you have to be very careful when walking.

Minimal cute spillway @Ban Rai
Pang Sawan Overflow Weir
A chic tourist attraction that wants to get a picture of a cool, minimalist view from hydrotherapy to clear your ears with the sound of flowing water and feel the freshness of the artificial waterfall
In a perspective angle similar to the shape of M, looking from the top of the weir reflecting the clouds
Like a mirror, it is the beauty of nature together with public utilities that fit together
From a small place, it is easy to be happy and refreshed when going down below
The water curtain is beautiful, taking pictures is beautiful, refreshing and relaxing.
‼️Recommended to come in the morning and around 4:00 p.m. to get less sun

Pang Sawan Dam
#summerdream is an unseen tourist attraction in Uthai Thani outside the city, located in Ban Pang Sawan. It is a weir dug deep underground. Originally, it was just an ordinary cement weir used in the community. However, the highlight is that when there is too much water, the water will overflow over the weir and go down below, creating a small “water curtain” that flows strongly amidst the shady atmosphere of lush trees and grass, and the surrounding mountains as a backdrop. This makes it a uniquely beautiful natural tourist attraction in Uthai Thani, perfect for relaxation and taking lots of photos. For anyone visiting Uthai Thani Province, we recommend this place, Pang Sawan Weir.
