What a steal. The hotel seems to be very popular and the Front Desk area is very crowded. While they have auto check-in machines, I prefer to be attended by a staff hoping that they can give me an upgrade for my birthday. My wish came true and they indeed upgraded me to a club room on a high floor. The hotel reception is quite big and spacious. Seems to have gone through some renovations. When we reached the room, I was a bit disappointed as it still look yesteryear. Cleanliness standard is still good but the tv wasn’t working well despite getting the technician to attend to it twice. Was wondering if it’s really a club room. However the view is great. Unblocked facing Great World City. Just a short walk there for my birthday dinner. It’s a tourist class hotel where I see many tourists from India, Indonesia and the Philippines. I will try other hotels in the vicinity at the next opportunity unless another great deal comes along. #staycation #furama #tripblazers

Price per Person - $66 Rating -4.5/5 Booked this club room during a sale. Before checking in, I was pretty worried and anxious after going through tons of reviews on other platforms. The feedbacks were overwhelmingly bad for the month of September and October. my stay was in November… 😭. I remember guests were complaining about strained floor carpet, small rooms, late check in, noisy and other issues. Luckily I did not face any of the issues I saw 😅. I had a smooth check in and the amenities in my room were all in good working condition. I had my afternoon refreshment at level two, which is like a cramped lounge area because the main lounge area at level 1, where the iconic waterfall is located, was being used for a wedding. Then unpleasantly, I was informed that my club benefits only entitles me to the coffee and tea at the lounge and I have to pay for the food(lunch buffet). This was not disclosed or stated explicitly by the hotel when they listed their club privileges. Luckily, I enjoyed my relaxation time a lot with the spacious oval bath tub in the room and the jacuzzi located at the swimming pool. The evening canapés was also pretty decent. I thoroughly enjoyed the oyster with cheese and the satay. To end off, It was an awesome deal for me at $134/night. I enjoyed my stay a lot. But it would have been a near perfect experience if the staffs had being more welcoming and exhibited more “5 star”hospitality during certain interactions.

Booked a night in the executive room all thanks to the voucher and finally check-in after numerous reschedule. But i have to say the stay was not satisfying for me. Firstly, the room given was different from the photo especially the difference in the bathtub. The receptionist say its because I requested for twin bedded room so I have no say on it. Secondly, the tv only has local channels and not a single cable tv channels which is very disappointing for me since i stayed in the room most of the time and what's worst is that the tv will hang every few minutes! I've notified the receptionist about it but there isn't any staff who came to check on it. Thirdly, the club lounge benefit does not tally with what was promised in the package. The package indicates that there's all day refreshments given in the lounge but according to the staff, only drinks and food given during the cocktail hours are complimentary. Lastly, the bathroom does not have bidet and ceiling showers which makes it difficult for me clean up after using the toilet. One thing to take note is they do not have a proper lounge and the breakfast are organised in a ballroom. If you prefer the live egg station during breakfast, you'll be disappointed to know that there isn't one. However, i do like the modern and open up concept of the lobby which offers microwave and extra consumables if you require all in one place. The swimming pool is decent with a standard pool and jacuzzi.

The concept is founded by the two friends Charlene and Denise, who also runs maxi.coffeebar. 👏🏻 Interior-wise, we’re loving the modern aspect of the design, filled with neutral-toned wood-lined fixtures. If you are travelling to sunny Singapore with your family, I highly recommend staying at Furama Riverfront hotel for its family-friendly rooms and facilities! They have a decent number of connecting rooms and spacious family rooms for larger families. Even though it is a newly renovated hotel, room prices are still quite affordable. Everything looks very modern and there is even a kids playground on level 1 and surrounding seats for parents to watch their kids from. You can also grab a complimentary cup of Starbucks coffee from the dispenser at the lobby. Best of all, the food here is certified halal too! #familytrips2024 I have stayed at the furama riverfront hotel before . The rooms are big and comfortable. For their bigger rooms, they do have a bathtub within the room. The hotel is huge and the lobby is spacious with many seats. There are few vending machines where you can buy some drinks or snacks there. Our dream destination for our family trip is to visit Hong Kong. We will like to try out their beef noodles and also their shop at their temple Street to grab some great and cheap things there. We would like to stay back in the royal plaza family room again as the room is spacious and is able to accommodate four adults.

You can take your time to shop around the place and choose something you like for your friends and bring it back to your hometown as a gift for your family members . Our dream destination for our family trip is to visit Guangzhou again. We will like to visit the yuexiu park there and take a walk around the area. We will also like to visit the shopping mall there and the museums there too.

#singapore This place is so awesome!! We came here Fri afternoon and there were many tables available. Didn’t have to wait long before our food came! Each dish was served individually so we didn’t have to rush to eat the food while they’re still hot! Every dish we ordered was amazing and blew our minds. No exaggeration. Decently priced and not too big portion. Servers were also very friendly. The sticky caramel cake is a must!!! Totally recommended this place, an 11/10. Please trust me guys!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Furama Riverfront Hotel in Singapore. I was upgraded to a Club Room, which entitled me to access to the Club Lounge on the 2nd floor. The Club Lounge is a beautiful space with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning views of the Singapore River. There is a large seating area with comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as a bar area where complimentary drinks and snacks are served throughout the day. The Club Lounge is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing or business. It is also a great place to meet up with friends or colleagues for a drink or snack. It also bring nostalgic vibe back to the olden days. The hotel might be old but its facilities are not run down. Quite comfortable place to stay at. Tv comes with Youtube & Netflix but Netflix you would have to sign in to your own account. Toilet was small, but okay for solo/couple. The soap smells great. Bed is of a sufficient size plus 4 pillows ☺️ Due to being a small room, air conditioning can be quite cold. Also, the soundproofing is not too good (maybe due to old hotel but revamped). First night not too bad but able to hear next door pulling the blinds. Second night wasn’t too good as the couple next door had a baby who kept crying 🥲 managed to slept only 2~3 hours. My booking came with breakfast included. In conclusion, its a colourful hotel & good for solo/couples. If staying there with family, recommend to get the bigger rooms 😊#staycation
