This Japanese restaurant in the heart of Madrid is truly outstanding. The ambiance is very elegant. I arrived early, before most Spaniards typically dine, but as I was leaving, more and more guests started coming in!
The shrimp with raw beef slices was exceptional—the shrimp was incredibly fresh and paired perfectly with wasabi, with a beautiful presentation. The shrimp heads were grilled, adding a unique flavor.
The sashimi platter was superb, whether it was salmon, tuna, or other types of seafood. Everything was incredibly tender, melting in your mouth, and you could really taste the freshness!

Every time I went to Madrid, I would visit this restaurant and eat some seafood. Sea urchin is the best choice with eggs, soups. In addition, cod is fresh and tasty and tuna is super nice! In addition, the sushi set with different fish are delicious and yummy. At the end the matcha desserts are the brilliant ending and the chocolate is my favorite. #madrid #localguides #Madridrestaurant
