In a busy city, finding a café that allows you to slow down is always a luxury. Located in Sai Ying Pun, FIKAFABRIKEN exudes a simple yet warm atmosphere from its decor to its dishes. The store design fully embodies Nordic style—wooden furniture, soft lighting, and clean tones make you feel comfortable the moment you step in. This time, we ordered two brunch sets: 1️⃣ Parma Ham & Sausage Stew in Pesto Sauce This pasta is fairly standard in texture, with a light sauce and a prominent herb flavor. However, the toppings are quite simple, with a slightly insufficient amount of ham and sausage. The overall taste is not stunning but it’s not greasy. 2️⃣ Seafood in Lobster Bisque Sauce This dish is a bit richer, with a lobster bisque sauce that has a subtle seafood sweetness, but the seafood portion is also small, mostly just pasta. Hot White Coffee The brunch set includes a drink under $40, and I chose the Hot White Coffee, which became the highlight of the entire brunch. The milk foam is creamy, the coffee aroma is strong, and the taste is smooth without bitterness—definitely a great coffee worth ordering again. Dessert: Swedish Cinnamon Swirl For dessert, we ordered the Swedish Cinnamon Swirl. This cinnamon roll is crispy on the outside and soft inside, with moderate sweetness and a rich cinnamon aroma that doesn’t overpower. 𓄳 𓄳 𓄳 On the afternoon of Christmas Eve, experience the Nordic Christmas ritual. Fikafabriken, located on First Street in Sai Ying Pun, is a Swedish cafe from Tokyo. "Fikafabriken" means "coffee factory" in Swedish. The pure white store, wooden Christmas decorations and the Swedish signature Dalahorse fully embody the simple and textured Nordic style. 𓊕 Fish soup with toast Winter season only! Hot vegetable and fish soup is nutritious and appetizing. Paired with a piece of sourdough, it is a warm item for winter. 𓊕 Chocolate Swedish swirl Swedish swirl is a traditional Swedish sweet bread, full of butter aroma and sweet and soft texture. In the cold winter, it is best to drink it with a sip of hot tea or coffee. There are cardamom, chocolate and cinnamon flavors here, I really want to order one of each flavor! 𓊕 Latte Two hot lattes. The beans are quite nutty. Yes, I finished one cup very quickly and then had another one! I really can't hide in the kitchen and cook and wash🥵 Recently, I was shopping in Sai Wan with my friends, so I looked for The place for breakfast and coffee is called FIKAFABRIKEN The restaurant is simple and comfortable, offering a variety of Western food Price ranges from $58 to $148 (including drinks) Fika all-day breakfast with drinks $148 (I had milk coffee) The latte art coffee is very mellow and paired with ginger biscuits. The breakfast was generous in portion, with olive oil with fresh salad, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, meatballs and croissants. The smoked salmon was very plump, paired with fresh and crispy salad and flavorful meatballs. Surprisingly, the homemade croissant is so crispy and delicious! The other one is smoked salmon panini with drink for $88 (Tomato or ham optional) As a toast lover, I must order this. It looks like a flying saucer. The plump and salty smoked salmon is paired with milky cheese. It is the most delicious choice when paired with crispy toast.
