Location is a short 3 minutes walk from the train station, Ampang Park. The decor of the hotel was simple yet modern and the lobby offers a beautiful view of KLCC. 

I was given a room on the 51st floor and the room was sized relatively good. The bed was the best I’ve ever slept on and this is coming from a mid-range hotel, a plus point to me. There’s even microwave in the room!

The hotel featured an indoor pool with a stunning view of KLCC and a mirrored ceiling for photo opportunities! The gym was equipped with pretty much a gym should be. 

Breakfast was good as they offer quite a number of selections from cheeses to pancakes/waffles that were prepared upon request.

I personally like the decoration. It looks comfortable, modern, clean and tidy. The lobby here is on the 40th floor, so you can see a wide view of KL. Studio Skyline View room, size 40 sq.m. This point will see the city view, Merdeka Tower, the second tallest building in the world, and some Petronas Towers. The room does not have drinking water, but there is a 3M water filter system. You can drink it. The bathroom is big. Amenities are complete. Breakfast is located in the same place as the Lobby on the 40th floor. It is very good that it is open until 11 am (weekend). There are many seats and a good view. There are many breakfasts, both Western Asian and Local. But I personally think that the taste is average. What is good is that there are freshly squeezed fruit juices such as apple, watermelon, orange, carrot, alternating every day. The staff is overall okay. 🏖️Environment/Facilities: Swimming pool is located on the 39th floor. It is a warm saltwater pool, an indoor pool. The good thing is that if it rains or is hot, you can still swim. The fitness center has complete equipment, not very large, open 24 hours. There is no Club Lounge here. The hotel rooms are all on the high floors, from the 41st to 53rd floors. The most standard type is the studio room, which is available in twin (two beds) and king (one bed). If you prefer a better view, choose the Skyline Studio Room. I chose the Skyline this time, and from the large glass window in the room, I could see the KL Tower and the Petronas Twin Towers (just a little 🤣), and I was able to enjoy the KLCC buildings both morning and night. The size of the room is no problem for 1-2 people, and it is equipped with a microwave and some tableware, so you can easily eat takeout food. However, there is no bathtub, only a shower, so if you want to take a long soak in hot water, choose a larger room. This time, I was able to book a room with breakfast for about 12,000 yen per night. Element Kuala Lumpur is in a tall building that will make your neck hurt if you look up from below☝️ The hotel has a well-designed space that makes good use of the limited space in front of it. Following the signs, we took the elevator to the 40th floor, which is the hotel lobby. The space is small, so it might be a bit cramped if you come with a group of tourists💦 But it has the atmosphere of a four-star hotel◎ There is a gym and pool on the 39th floor, and this pool is also wonderful! It's indoors, so you can swim without worrying about the weather, and the ceiling is mirrored, so it feels very spacious😀 You can take a swim while looking out at the city of KL✨ It's open from morning to night, and it seems to have a more adult atmosphere at night🌃 It's a little far from the center of KLCC, but there is a subway station within walking distance, and you can reach the Petronas Twin Towers in about 15 minutes on foot. #myhiddengems During the anniversary, we travelled to Kuala Lumpur for a family trip. We stayed at Element, a 4-star hotel in the city center. The signature is their indoor pool with views of KLCC and merdeka 118. Tho it was blocked by construction during our time, the pool is beautiful with the mirror reflection. We informed the staffs about anniversary and had them to decorate for us. The decoration is below average in my opinion, but they offered a cake for us. This is the city view that I got in Element KL. The room looked exactly like the official picture. It was clean and spacious, but needed some updating in some places. What I had a problem with was how to use the hairdryer. Obviously it couldn't be used in the bathroom. There was not a place where both wall outlet and mirror coexist. It's pretty inconvenient if you have to style your hair. The staff was friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was great with a variety of choices, and the freshly squeezed juice was my favorite. It's a pity I didn't have time to use the pool or gym. The hotel was conveniently located, close to MRT and LRT stations. Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying in Element KL.
