[2025 Paris Stay] Travel Guide for Eiffel (Updated Feb)

Travelled to Paris for the first time and I decided to engage a professional photographer to take my pictures. Since we only had 1 hour with him, he brought us to a 3 different locations with Eiffel Tower as our background. These places were hidden gem to take nice shots of the Eiffel Tower without the crowd. He was superb in directing me and my girl on how to pose and the pictures turned out beautiful. One of the best thing we did in Paris!

Captured during the “La Fête Nationale” (National Day) or mostly called the “Bastille Day” in France.🇫🇷 July 14th is the French National Day - the anniversary of the Storming of the Bastille in 1789, a major event in the French Revolution. Getting to the Eiffel Tower and having the best spot for the fireworks isn’t that easy. People arrive as early as 5pm to secure a spot. 🎇🎆 Fireworks begins at exactly 11:00pm and lasted for 30 mins. There was a long queue to enter the park where the Eiffel Tower is, but it’s worth the wait.🤩👍🏻💯 Got lucky to experience this event during my travels. Location : Paris, France Location : 48.8566° N, 2.3522° E Paris is not all glitz and glory. I don't feel the vibe of Paris on a whole or maybe not my cup of tea because I am a born and breed city dweller so City don't fancy me so much. I tried going there 1 more time but no. It does not really win my heart. Over hyped city but passing by is enough you don't need to spend more than 3/4days there. There are more beautiful city and town in France that is worth your time. France is huge so Paris alone does not define France itself. If you have bad experiences in Paris maybe other small towns will win your heart. Parisian don't really like to speak English so they tend to ignore you if you talk to them in English. So I speak to them in Malay and they started talking to me in English out of curiosity hahahahaha. My french vocab is limited so I mix Malay and French....hahahahaha #eurotrip

You might have seen many pictures of people holding the red heart balloons by the Eiffel Tower. Do you know that they were taken by photographers who were standing around the Eiffel Tower? I was estatic when I found a guy holding the red balloons near the river towards Eiffel Tower and approached him. He offered €10 for 2 photos but in the end I took all 15 photos for €20. They will take your photos with their DSLR and airdrop the photos to your phone. There were quite a number of them around the tower so you can’t miss them. You should also take a shot at night when the tower lighted up if you have the chance too.

Paris has become one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world thanks to its magnificent historical sites, museums, architecture and outstanding food. My most favorite spot in Paris is the Eiffel tower. This 324 meter tall iron tower was constructed for the 1889 world fair. I went up to the observation platform and the views over the city from this monument are quite magnificent. A picnic at one of the neighboring parks is a terrific way to take in this monument. I finished my day with a delicious classic french dinner. Where should I begin when it comes to the best cuisine in Paris? In the neighborhoods of Paris, there is a tangible sense of enthusiasm that permeates into the food that is prepared. One of the best cuisines in the world is French, and French restaurants and chefs take great pride in it.
