According to a query on Ctrip, the prices are about RMB 15,000 and RMB 17,000 per night respectively. The tent villa-style hotel is Banyan Tree, which is very close to the "Mirror Concert Hall". Visitors can book breakfast there in advance, and the price is about 400-500 RMB. The hotel with a swimming pool a little further away from the concert hall is the Habitas Hotel, which is more expensive. Its villas are square in design, and there is a straw turning entrance at the door. To me, it feels like a Chinese toilet, and an old-fashioned country toilet at that. I can't say it's very commendable. If tourists dine here, there is no buffet, only orders are accepted, and the consumption per person must be more than RMB 900. Too expensive! Traveling from Madina to Al Ula wasn’t the easiest journey. Since taxis often struggle to find return customers, drivers tend to charge higher rates. After spending around 20-30 minutes at the taxi stand negotiating, we finally agreed on a fare of 350 SAR for four people, in a large vehicle, which was a decent deal compared to the usual 500-800 SAR. It is one of the new landmarks in the AlUla area and is the world's largest concert hall made of mirrors. Decalcomania! Maraya Concert Hall is a huge mirror building in the middle of the desert. It is an unrealistic mirror like a mirage in the desert. The entire building is Maraya Concert Hall, reflecting the surrounding rocks like a mirror.

AlUla is an important settlement on the pilgrimage route from Damascus to Mecca that dates back over a thousand years, and it is also a crossroads for the spice trade. The ancient city contains more than 900 mudbrick buildings, over 400 shops, and 5 plazas, creating a vision of 10th-century Saudi Arabia painted in rock and mudbrick. Wandering through the maze of intersecting alleys is like walking in a miniature version of the ancient Arab world. Likewise, it's best to come after 4 pm, as the evening is the liveliest time here. Under the embellishment of twilight and lights, people stroll leisurely or find a shop to sit down in, forgetting all their worries, to truly experience the simplicity and comfort of the old city. The magnificent Yardang landforms here are like a diverse array of megaliths in the desert, and the sunken sofas blend seamlessly with the sands. Leaning against the Elephant Rock to watch the sunset is truly relaxing. Elephant Rock is 52 meters tall and was formed by natural erosion. It is also one of the iconic landscapes of AlUla. Address: Elephant Rock, AlUla, Saudi Arabia Plane: Currently, Saudi Arabia offers visa on arrival It's an off-the-beaten-path travel destination, with no direct flights from China yet. You need to transfer through Riyadh or Dubai to get to AlUla. It is recommended to get a visa on arrival directly at the airport. The AlUla airport processes it manually, and all you need is your passport, which is very smooth, for 480 Riyals. Alternatively, you can apply for an e-visa in advance, which is slightly more expensive.

Once, Saudi Arabia was in my heart a distant and mysterious land of desert. When we truly set foot on this land of Saudi Arabia, we discovered that this desert not only harbors ancient civilizations but also blossoms with countless 'her' flowers. This ancient country, located deep in the desert, seems like a treasure left by time. Stepping onto this land, I felt as if I had traveled to the ancient Arab world. In the old city of Al-Ula, the stone-paved streets are narrow and winding, and each stone tells an ancient story. Here, I met many local girls. She was dressed in traditional Arab attire, her headscarf gently wrapping her hair, her eyes sparkling with curiosity and enthusiasm. It turns out curiosity is mutual.
