Apparently, when they put an egg on leftover curry and baked it in the oven, it turned out delicious, and restaurants started serving it💡 There were a lot of different menus to choose from, but I chose the old-fashioned Yaki Curry (¥1,100)🙌 This is the first beef curry made in the 1950s!
