I held my 30th birthday at the conrad hotel. I'm so picky & attention to detail is so important to me haha! The venue was perfect! we had the whole floor to ourselves which was GREAT! I decided to host a personalized hot buffet for guests- the hotel let me change things & add things to what I wanted on the menu- let me just say the food was nothing short of DELICIOUS. I had all you can drink open bar- staff were on hands all night serving and making sure everyone's glass was full👏 The waiters were so friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend throwing your events/birthday here - as every detail and all efforts that went into this bash paid off. Conrad really turned my 30 fantasy into a reality and it was just a dream!💃💜 #luxuryhotel

No matter how many places I have traveled, my favorite thing is Chinese food. Chinese food is taste, mood and culture. The full-scale Chinese restaurant on the fourth floor of Shenyang Conrad Hotel, from decoration design to cultural charm; from food creation to color taste, I like it. "Full Hall" means full and beautiful. Walking into the full hall is like walking into the deep house compound of the old aristocratic family, pavilions, lanterns, glazed tiles, hieroglyphics, and the courtyard of Chinese culture is deeply written in one step. The glass on both sides of the hollow corridor is a bamboo forest that seems to be deep, and the meaning of deep culture in the abstract; the head and face books of Peking Opera are placed on the stage, and the back wall of the restaurant uses broken porcelain of different colors. The abstraction of the Facebook pattern, as well as the bookshelves on both sides of the table, are works of art or books that the owners have scoured from China or around the world. I recommend taking photos at sunset. The lighting is not great, but you can take some great silhouette photos! ✅ The hotel has 88 floors. The sky lobby is on the 88th floor. You need to take a separate elevator to the guest rooms, which is very private. I love this. I stayed in an executive room on the 72nd floor, where you can see the amazing Shenyang night view. It was worth the money. ✅ The round bathtub is great. I went to ask if there were any rooms available as soon as I arrived. I was lucky, there was one left! You can enjoy the night view from the bathtub. I got the rose petals from the hotel. The photos are amazing. I recommend taking photos when it gets dark. ✅ Tips: The lighting is not great during the day or at night. If you want to take great photos, bring your own lighting equipment! ✅ The breakfast is amazing. Conrad's breakfast is very rich, with options for both Chinese and Western tastes. You can enjoy the sunshine through the large windows and relax in the restaurant all day. ✅ Some things to note: 1⃣️ The sky lobby means you have to wait a while for the elevator to the guest rooms. I recommend factoring in the elevator wait time when you go out. It takes a long time to go back and forth if you forget something. 2⃣️ You can't wear slippers in the breakfast restaurant. Breakfast is cleared away at 10 am, so make sure you go in time. 3⃣️ The snow is thick, so your shoes will get wet. I recommend bringing a portable shoe dryer, as the hotel doesn't provide one. 4⃣️ The lobby is on the 88th floor, so the wind is strong in the elevator. Make sure you keep warm and don't catch a cold.

#solotravel Conrad hotel is one of the tallest hotel buildings in Shenyang .It was a good stay here. two times cleaning room seemed to be strange but l enjoyed charging things soon. The breakfast was ok but I cannot say it was extraordinary. something usual which you can find everywhere in every hotel. Appreciate the warm hospitality from everyone, from concierge to front office, housekeeping to restaurant and lounge. Also loved the stunning bird's eye view of Shenyang and the cozy night view in the evening! Gym and pool on the 86 floor is also amazing .

Favourit cafe place is still the Conrad Hotel at 88th floor with stunning view for sunset and night. Boris the bar chef creates the best drinks if you name your preference of spirits. Half and half cafe makes great pancakes. Visit the korean quarter and all the parks and tombs. My absolute place to be is the Buddhist temple Beitang park. Amazing place but please behave and don't take photos of people praying. Shenyang offers a variety of different cultures and food styles. Basically you dont need to leave Shenyang to travel China. You find it all in one place. There is a certain reputation the western people have in China. show them they are wrong. Be nice and say yes if people approach you for a photo. If they stare at you and giggle it means nothing but curiosity and interest. I have never met such a helpful and friendly amount if people as in Shenyang. yes Shenyang has some, let call it edges. And yes they spit no matter where they are ( as i write this) and throw their garbage under the table. But i would always come back to Shenyang for the people! Very convenient to travel to Benxi see the water caves, to Panjing at autumn to see the red beach. The imperial palace and much older forbidden city then Beijing. With all the people in the traditional dresses and make up to let you be part of their memorie by taking photos with you. Go to Shenyang and see!

#timetotravel The hotel is beautiful and located in the tallest building in Shenyang. The first time I stayed the hotel was completely new. The check-in went super smoothly and we asked for a late checkout, with no problem. The room was quite big and we had the view towards the TV tower. The big plus was the Nespresso coffee machine in the room. The breakfast spread combined with the view was quite amazing. On our second stay we tried the dinner buffet and it did not disappoint. They had food from all corners of the world and I would love to try it again next time I am in town. #instatravel #hotel #shenyang
