Newly renovated starbucks
Clarke Quay Central
Address : 6 Eu Tong Sen St, #01-29 The Central, Singapore 059817
Love the new design at the Clarke Quay Central outlet. The new environment gave a better experience for people doing their work. The place looks more spacious and pleasing to the eye. Bought the matcha moon cake, intense tea with earl grey jelly shiok ah ccino and the black pink strawberry choco cream frappuccino.

Beautiful mall by Singapore river
📍 The Central @ Clarke Quay is very conveniently located at Clarke Quay MRT (Purple line)
From here you can travel to Chinatown and City Hall conveniently.
What attracted most people is its location by Singapore river where you can chill and relax in the late afternoon. During Christmas season, the mall has Christmas decoration and a small bazaar at the atrium.

Ya Kun local coffee
Address - Ya Kun Kaya Toast Coffee Shop, Clarke Quay Central Shopping Centre, 6 Eu Tong Sen Street, #01-31, Singapore 059817
Craving for a taste of something authentically Singaporean? Ya Kun serves local delights that are reminiscent of the type of fare our forefathers used to have back in the day. The classic pairing of coffee, or kopi, and runny soft-boiled eggs is totally comfort food. I also recommend ordering the signature kaya toast, a sweet paste filling paired with butter in crispy toasted bread. Delicious!
My overall rating of the experience: 4 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Christmas pop-up market
Address - Clarke Quay Central Shopping Centre, 6 Eu Tong Sen Street, Singapore 059817
When you pop by Clarke Quay Central, you will definitely not miss the pop-up Christmas market situated right in the centre of the shopping centre. There are so many things to buy and a lot of them are handmade and make for really good gifts. One of the shops sold handmade earrings with exquisite designs, very unique. You can also choose from either leather bags or hand-knit bags, as well as crafted snow globes in a variety of shapes and designs.
My overall rating of the experience: 4 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aston Specialities at Clarke Quay Central
Address - 6 Eu Tong Sen St #03-85
Highlights - great view, great food, nice environment
Avg. Price per Person - 15++ with drinks
Rating - 4.5/5
There are many Aston Specialities outlets but this outlet at Clarke Quay Central is my favourite so far!
There isnt many people. This is important as there are always queues at Aston outlets. The food is great and affordable. You also get great view of Singapore River if you manage to get a window table.
Clarke Quay Central is easily accesible via MRT and bus, and also close to many attractions.

National 🥥 drink in Singapore
When I first arrived here in Singapore, I was literally thirsty ALL THE TIME and constantly on the lookout for drinks to beat the heat 🌞
Local coconut-based brand @mr.coconutsg kept up popping up in every shopping mall I went, so I finally decided to give it a try 🫠
Loved that we could customise our own drinks by choosing the sugar level, toppings and cup size on the self-ordering kiosk near the cashier 👏🏻
The tropical juice would be the more refreshing and thirst-quenching option, but I personally preferred the milky and fragrant coconut shake that was sweet enough even without any sugar 🥛

Thai food in a garden
Soi 47 isn't a new stall to me. It was recommended to me by my interior designer when I went to his office for a meetup.
I love the price range of their food and was excited to try it again at their branch in Clarke Quay Central.
The branch at Central is designed with many plants as their main theme. They even have a corner for the succulent and I believe that they are selling it too.
However, it fall short of my expectation. The taste wasn't what I remembered it to be. The tang hoon claypot prawn didn't have the strong pepper and ginger taste which is what I think a tang hoon claypot prawn is all about.
I will give it another try again but perhaps not so soon

The central mall

At the central mall located at the Clarke Quay train station, you can find several restaurants and retail outlets here .There are also hotels such as paradox merchant and park Regis located just nearby the mall. The prices are affordable too. There are also clinics located within the office tower too. What's so special about the shopping mall is that you have a great view of the Singapore river. There are also G-Max Reverse Bungy games that are there for those who want to try them out. You are also one train station away from the Chinatown area.

Go to western food
ASTONS Specialities @ The Central
Address : 6 Eu Tong Sen St, #03-85, Singapore 059817
Astons have been my choice of western food since secondary school days. They evolved from a stall in the food court to now a restaurant with so many different outlets. It can never go wrong with Aston. I like the outlet at Clarke Quay Central because there are seatings where I can look out at the Singapore river. I recommend their bbq baked beans and also the chargrill chicken. There is also the mushroom soup with the garlic bread.
Their carbonara is also good. Look out for their promotion, there could be good deals that can help save some money.
