A place I visited three times during my 3-night, 5-day trip to Nha Trang!
Southeast Asian food can be spicy, so you may or may not like it. I also couldn't eat local food well because of the spices.
Then I visited a place that was recommended, Chuonchuonkim!
This place was really... so delicious that I went three times! It is located in the downtown area of Nha Trang, so it is easy to access~
Reservations are a must!! (Here's a tip: Always ask to be guided to a floor with air conditioning! You should avoid the heat and eat comfortablyㅎㅎ)
What I liked the most was that the rice was free!!
The rice comes out in a large earthenware-like container, and it is generous enough for two people to eat. It was fun to scoop up and eat, and it was perfect for filling up the Koreans' appetite for rice.
The food was overall bland and not too spicy, so I was able to eat it without any burden.
Even those who don't like local food can enjoy it without worry~
The menu I especially recommend is
Braised pork ribs: It comes out generously with about 10 pieces, and it tastes very similar to Korean braised ribs!
Stir-fried morning glory: It's warm and bland, so it's perfect as a side dish for rice!
Mapo tofu & spring rolls: It's so delicious that I couldn't help but inhale it!
Overall, the taste, quantity, and atmosphere were all satisfactory for the price, and I felt like I had a proper home-cooked meal in the local area~
If you go to Nha Trang, be sure to stop by. Highly recommended.
