When you think of Chinese food, think Chef Man!
Today, I’m taking everyone to experience premium deliciousness at Chef Man Sathorn, especially the branch at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn, which has received the Michelin Plate award.
For lunch, you can enjoy a variety of dim sum, but dinner offers a different style with a modern Chinese atmosphere.
The must-try dish is Peking Duck. The skin is crispy and light on fat, the meat is tender and juicy, not chewy at all. What impressed me was that the chef carves it fresh right at the table. The side accompaniments are also special, including cucumber, green onions, and uniquely, pickled ginger and fresh mango, which help cut the richness and enhance the flavor of the Peking Duck even more.
There are also many other Chinese dishes worth trying, such as crispy pork with crackling skin and tender juicy meat, or salt and chili fried tofu, which is a snack but packed with bold flavors. Vegetarian options are available too.
You must reserve the duck and crispy pork in advance. I once went without a reservation and missed out on eating them.
Although the food prices are high, I guarantee the taste ranks among the top Chinese food in Bangkok. The restaurant atmosphere is also excellent. You can book a private room, perfect for dining with family, celebrating special occasions, or even business meetings with a classy vibe.
