A complete guide to food and wine tour! 🍷🍺
Wine & Dine 2023 has officially kicked off, with over 300 wine and food stalls😆 Let me briefly sort out the stalls I have visited and found good:
If you enter from the Central Ferris Wheel entrance, you will come to stalls divided by region. If you like sake, you can go a little deeper. There is also a sake area and a sake museum where you can experience up to 72 types of sake at once. There are a few that I think you must try:
🔹Saicho-Bubble tea brand, all three flavors are unforgettable, Peicha flavor is recommended, high cost performance
🔹Sachi Soy Wine-Wine made from tofu whey, the world's first, the focus is on its rich and smooth taste, and there are many fruity flavors
🔹DSST-Hong Kong brand, their wines are all dreamy colors and added with edible glitter, each one is easy to drink and has a rich fruity aroma, Peridot will be discontinued later, 🍍 fans should seize the opportunity
🔹Sunshine Night Fog - Hong Kong's honey handmade beer, all four flavors have distinct flavors, the green tea flavored Green Field and coffee are both worth trying, and the packaging is very beautiful
🔹Anonymous - Hong Kong's popular Gin brand, W&D recommends plum wine, which is easy to drink and has the right sweetness❤️
🔹BOB-award-winning beer that uses bread instead of barley. It has original and coffee flavors. The latter has a particularly strong coffee flavor. You can pair it with the Cova next to it to taste the creamy tiramisu and special lobster buns😆
There are many choices for food. It is worth noting that there are many hotels set up this year. You can consider using your tokens to try them out. There are so many foods. I will share the ones I have eaten for your reference:
🔹Ottoman Harbour Plaza Hotel - must try foie gras and abalone, the mango Napoleon dessert is their signature dish~
🔹Aera-very special salty version of Pina Cotta, fried chicken is also a must try
🔹Mrs. Ice Ball-Popular Moutai Ice Jelly, super popular! If you want to eat it, remember to buy it early, it will be sold out quickly.
🔹An Kee Seafood - The eye-catching iced abalone with plum and cherry tomatoes is very skillful, the osmanthus lychee jelly is very sweet, and their sake Australian abalone is particularly chewy
🔹King Ludwig - German specialties and skewers. The stall next to it has exquisite Shanghainese cuisine. The cute little buns are not to be missed.
🔹Le Dessert-Ice cream stall in the French district, the caramel ice cream is rich and milky, and the popcorn on top adds a lot of points🧁
🔹Snack Corner - There are many Hong Kong-style desserts, milk sauce and White Rabbit flavored ice cream are the most popular🧁
