[2025 Taichung Shopping Mall] Travel Guide for Capoo House (Updated Feb)

#newyearadventure Capoo is an adorable blue cat that has a big fanbase especially for cat lovers, and the Capoo House in Taichung sells many types of merchandise and souvenirs relating to this blue cat. This place is really popular especially with the younger people, and it was crowded when I was there. This place also has a few spots for photo opportunities outside before you enter for a shopping spree. Even the interior is decorated with cute wallpapers and standees of the characters too.

After years of supporting this original creator, I finally had the chance to visit the Capoo House in Taiwan! The blue caterpillar cat has accompanied me over the years as stickers and comics, and I just love the big round nose of the yellow doggo :) Although Capoo House is located in a neighborhood, it is easily reachable by bus and a short walk. This place sells tons of character related items like notebooks, keychains, cutlery, postcards, plushies, and clothes. I bought the postcard and the shop even has designed stamps for souvenir! The shop has a special zone for photos too! It is arranged with lots of character stuffed toys. There's also a themed cafe nearby which sells drinks and hotcakes. As a big fan of Bugcat Capoo, I will never missed out on the trip to visit Capoo House when I go to Taichung. Bugcat Capoo is a character created by its Artist: Yara in 2014 . Capoo has also become very famous all over Taiwan. You can find all sorts of original Bugcat Capoo merchandise in Capoo House. You can also take photos within the vicinity too.
