This place is famous for its Bun Cha, a delicious Vietnamese dish made with grilled pork, rice noodles, and fresh herbs. Bun cha is the main dish. It is a set menu that combines a side dish with that. It seems to be a large portion, so I wanted to share it, but it seems that each person has to order one dish, so I ordered two servings. The seats are cluttered and narrow, so you have to share a table. You can't choose the seat because it is designated by the restaurant staff. The frontage is narrow, but we went up the stairs and were guided to the third floor. It was crowded, but we were able to enter immediately without waiting. When you finish eating, you can clean up immediately, so it feels like you can't stay for long. Eat quickly and drink slowly later...🍻 I recommend using it like that. The taste was delicious❣❣

Bun Cha Dak Kim, a famous bun cha restaurant in Hanoi When we visited around 6pm, it was very busy, but since the restaurant is on the third floor, we were able to enter without waiting. (The stairs are quite steep, so it may be difficult for people with weak legs.) There are only about three types of menu, so the food comes out quickly. The restaurant is not very clean, but it is a Michelin-starred restaurant, so the food was very delicious. We visited as a group of two and ordered one with spring rolls, but we were full. I think the sweet soup with the meat melted in it is a taste that Japanese people like.
