Namaste, Nepal: Temples, Peace & Magic ⋆˚✿˖°
#nepaltrip
Hey everyone! 🌸
Today, I’m taking you through one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life: my trip to Nepal🇳🇵
From the moment I landed, Nepal felt like a quiet whisper to the soul, a place that moves at its own rhythm, surrounded by majestic mountains and filled with warm-hearted people.
One of the highlights of my trip was visiting Boudhanath Stupa, also known as Boudha. I can’t put into words how powerful it felt to stand in front of that enormous white dome, the eyes of Buddha watching gently over everything. The air smelled of incense, and the spinning prayer wheels sang softly with every touch. I walked clockwise with the locals, palms pressed together, soaking in the peace. 🕊️
I also explored many other temples scattered throughout Kathmandu, each one different, yet sharing the same sense of deep spirituality. Whether it was a Hindu temple tucked into a bustling corner or a quiet Buddhist shrine on a hillside, they all radiated a kind of sacred calm that made me slow down and breathe deeper.
And let me just say this, the people of Nepal are truly something special. Everywhere I went, I was met with warm smiles, respectful bows, and genuine curiosity. Even in the chaos of the markets or the quiet of the temples, there was this unshakable kindness. It felt like everyone carried a bit of peace inside them and were more than willing to share it.
The landscape? Unreal. With prayer flags fluttering in the wind, golden rooftops catching the sun, and the Himalayas always just a glance away, it honestly felt like walking through a painting.
If I had to sum it all up: Nepal taught me stillness, even in movement. It reminded me that beauty doesn’t always shout. Sometimes, it simply sits quietly and waits for you to notice.
I’ll definitely be coming back one day.
Until then,
Namaste and love from Nepal. ❤️
