BouYa Ueno #Tokyo 🇯🇵 Since I’m in Japan, I had to try the soft, melt-in-your-mouth A5 Wagyu beef 😋🥩 “BouYa Ueno” is a yakiniku grilled meat restaurant🥩 with beautifully marbled, tender beef that melts in your mouth. It was wow-worthy, truly amazing. The dipping sauce was great, and eating it with hot steamed rice was so satisfying. We also just found out that grilled beef with wasabi is incredibly delicious. I ate a lot of wasabi this meal 😋 If you don’t know which beef to order, try the set like I did first. You can order more of what you like later. I liked everything 😁 I really couldn’t choose. Also, the cabbage with some kind of sauce was surprisingly delicious and easy to eat (I think every table gets it since they charged for it). The Wagyu beef set I ordered was 9,878 ¥ (tax included). #TravelJapan Today, I'm traveling with Muay. Let's go eat grilled meat at Bouya. This is a yakiniku grilled meat restaurant with a la carte prices, not buffet style. It's in the Ueno area, near Ueno-okachimachi Station. Exit A8 from the train station and go straight ahead. It's right on the corner. The restaurant is near the APA Hotel Ueno Eki Minami, which has A5 wagyu beef that melts in your mouth. If you don't eat beef, there are also pork and one-dish meals like fried rice with beef fat that are very delicious. The 6-part wagyu beef set, both Premium and Standard, has a beautiful pattern of meat. It's grilled with a little fire and eaten with hot rice. The restaurant has dipping sauce or you can ask for salt/pepper. The basic type is delicious.
