Scenic Views of The Three Sisters, Sydney
#winhkflight
📍Three Sisters Walk, Blue Mountain, Sydney
Visited the Three Sisters while we were in Sydney and it was a relaxing and scenic experience. The view of the Three Sisters was breathtakingly stunning from Echo Point. From the unique rock formations of the Three Sisters to the dense forest of lush greeneries, this place has so much to offer! We went on the walking trail to different view points of the Blue Mountain and we can’t help but to feel in awe! The trail is a little steep and might not be suitable for younger age kids. We then went on the scenic railway train and it was a fun activity full of adrenaline rush. The track of the train was steep and it was such a fun and scenic ride!
I wish to travel to Hong Kong for the food!

Blue mountains: things you shouldn’t miss!!
Visiting the Blue Mountains in Sydney is an adventure that promises more than just stunning landscapes; it's a journey through fascinating natural wonders and exhilarating hikes.
First, embark on the Grand Canyon Walk. This enchanting trek weaves through lush rainforests, immersing you in a world of ancient ferns and towering eucalyptus trees. The track is adorned with sandstone cliffs, and you'll traverse a suspension bridge that sways gently over cool mountain streams. As you walk, listen for the echoes of birdsong and the whispers of the wind through the foliage.
Then, chase waterfalls! Leura Cascades and Wentworth Falls are simply breathtaking. The cascading waters at Leura provide a serene backdrop for picnics, while the iconic Wentworth Falls offers several vantage points, including the cliff-hanging Princes Rock lookout. Gaze upon the falls' splendor as they plunge into the Jamison Valley below.
For an otherworldly experience, explore the Jenolan Caves, a labyrinth of limestone wonders. Marvel at the cathedral-like chambers, stalactites, and underground rivers. The Lucas Cave, with its eerie Broken Column formation, is a must-see.
Finally, don't forget the Three Sisters, a trio of sandstone peaks shrouded in Aboriginal legend. Watch the sun paint the rocks in brilliant hues during sunrise or sunset for a truly magical experience.
The Blue Mountains is a treasure trove of natural marvels, and these captivating facts ensure an unforgettable visit.#familytravel #couplestrip #deliciousfood #Blue mountain

Things to do at Blue Mountains
The Blue Mountains located about a 2 hour drive away from Sydney is famous for its magnificent landscape of sandstone ridges, charming mountain towns and the iconic tourist attraction - Scenic World.
Visit the Three Sisters, which is the area’s most famous rock formation. You can get the best view of this rock formation from Echo Point Lookout. There are many great walks that you can take from Echo Point to enjoy a different view of the Three Sisters.
There’s are many shops and cozy cafes around the area to explore. I stopped by one of the cafes for a cup of warm mulled wine and it was delicious, especially in the cold winter.
For the best views of the mountains, why not take a cable car ride to Scenic World. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can also ride the world’s steepest railway while you’re there.

Blue Mountains in Australia
I visited the Blue Mountains during my trip to Sydney!
Whenever I ask friends for recommendations in Sydney, the Blue Mountains always come up.
I wasn't particularly interested, but since I didn't have any other places in mind, I decided to give it a try.
I was amazed by the vast nature and the elevation differences when I arrived.
The heights were dizzying.
You can buy a free ride ticket to tour the Blue Mountains.
The natural beauty is truly impressive, living up to its World Heritage status.
The air is incredibly fresh and clean.
Before I knew it, I had taken numerous photos.
You can reach the Blue Mountains in about two hours from Sydney with minimal train transfers.
I highly recommend visiting if you're ever in Sydney!!

Day trip to Katoomba - Blue Mountains from Sydney, September 2024. Very easy to reach from the city, we took one train and a bus and had an amazing time. We enjoyed the breathtaking views of the mountains named “three sisters”, had a lovely walk to Katoomba falls, bought some souvenirs, saw some funny cockatoos before enjoying a cup of tea at a local coffee shop.

Blue Mountains National Park
🌈Attraction Features: The Blue Mountains National Park is named after the large area of eucalyptus trees on the Blue Mountains that emit a light blue gas when exposed to sunlight. If you observe carefully, you will find that some distant photos show a faint blue mist over the forest, which is emitted by the eucalyptus trees. It is the food that koalas love to eat.
The Blue Mountains are very suitable for bringing children to play. The scenic area is free, but taking the cable car costs money. There are three different cable cars that you can take back and forth. The yellow one is stable and suspended over the canyon, allowing you to enjoy the waterfalls in the Blue Mountains. There is a glass area under the cable car, so if you are not afraid of heights, you can look down. If you are afraid of heights, you can look at the Three Sisters Peak on the left front and enjoy the entire Blue Mountains. The scenery is very good, giving you a refreshing feeling at a glance. There is also a red one, an 80-degree inclined mining cable car, which allows you to experience the feeling of miners entering underground mines from the top of the mountain. There is a black section in the middle, very high and steep, but fortunately, the speed is not very fast, so it is not very scary. There is also a yellow cable car that goes up and down from the bottom of the Blue Mountains. If you want to experience the tropical rainforest and visit the mines at the bottom of the valley, you can take the red cable car down, then follow the small map provided by the scenic area or follow the arrow signs to tour the valley rainforest, learn about some tropical plants and animals, and birds. The scenic area will have a sign indicating where birds and snakes may appear. After the tour, you can take the blue cable car back to the cable car station.
🕐️Opening Hours: Around 10 am to around 6 pm. Check carefully when buying tickets, I don't remember exactly.
🚗Transportation Tips: The Blue Mountains are far from Sydney city center. There is no high-speed rail or fast public transportation. It is best to charter a car, drive yourself, or like me, choose a one-day tour on Ctrip. This way, you don't have to worry about how to get there. If you stay in the city center, one-day tours usually include hotel pick-up and drop-off. If not, there will be a very convenient meeting point.
💗Other Tips: There is food available only at the cable car station in the mountains. You can bring some fruits and bread in your backpack, so you can eat when you are tired from walking. Otherwise, if you walk far from the food station, there will be nothing to eat. It is colder in the mountains in winter, so wear more clothes. In summer, there are mosquitoes, snakes, ants, or other crawling animals. If you are timid, be vigilant while playing to avoid being scared.

Australia: Blue Mountains National Park
📍Blue Mountains National Park is located 65 kilometers west of Sydney in New South Wales, Australia, and is a famous tourist attraction in the state.
🌟The Blue Mountains are a general term for a series of plateaus and mountains. Due to the many eucalyptus trees (Eucalyptus) growing on the mountains, the gases released by the leaves gather in the mountains, forming a layer of blue mist, hence the name Blue Mountains.
🌟Near the center of the Blue Mountains, Katoomba Town, there are many strange rocks, such as the Three Sisters Peak, Jenolan Caves, Wentworth Falls, and Bird Pecking Stone and other natural attractions.
At the same time, the Blue Mountains are famous for their rich Australian Aboriginal cultural heritage. The Greater Blue Mountains Area, composed of parts of the Blue Mountains and nearby areas, was listed as a World Natural Heritage Site in 2000.

Blue Mountain National Park in Sydney
Explore the UNESCO World Heritage Listed place and I really enjoyed the beautiful scenery there!
Three Sisters: a spectacular rock formation at Echo Point, Katoomba, which attracts millions of visitors each year. According to Aboriginal legend, they were three sisters turned to stone
Scenic railway: at a 52-degree incline, it is the steepest passenger train in the world. There are nearly 100 kilometres of tunnels in the cliffs at the level where you are standing. Coal mining began in this area in 1878. There were about 40 mines at various times. The railway you see above you was used to haul the coal up the cliff and it was then transported to Katoomba. The last mine closed in the late 1930s. Today the railway transports passengers instead of coal
Scenic skyway: walk on air on the Scenic skyway’s glass floor as gliding between cliff tops above the Jamison Valley. At 270m, it is the highest cable car in Australia
Scenic cableway: carrying 84 people, it is Australia’s biggest cable car. Descend the 545m into the Jamison Valley or return back up to the top of the escarpment
Scenic walkway: spend 10 minutes or a full hour strolling amongst ancient, temperate rainforests. With a selection of walks totalling 2.4kms, the walkway is the longest elevated boardwalk in Australia
There is also a dinosaur valley where you can meet dozens of roaring, moving dinos

Amazing 2023 at Sydney Blue Mountains
#2024wish
A wonderful trip to Blue Moutain trip in Sydney December 2023. I have made a right decision to join tour in Trip.com apps when i was traveling in Sydney.
booking process was easier just book a tour then it will immediately send a booking confirmation and voucher to you. it has a clear guidance to teach you to reach the waiting price , and the information was complete. you don’t even need to call to verify.
During the tour- the pick up service form the gather point was on time and the guide is so experienced and able to explain all the single details during the trip. and he is hiking and be with us through tour the journey . the trip was amazing with a funny and serious guide like him.
The only thing is we aren’t able to see the sunset because of the weather overall trip was great.
My wish list in year 2024 is to visit United States. 🇺🇸

Blue mountain in Sydney

The Blue Mountains National Park in Sydney was once praised by Queen Elizabeth II as the most beautiful place in the world. There are a large number of eucalyptus trees (eucalyptus trees), and their volatile oil droplets are reflected in the air through the sunlight to reveal a blue mist, hence the name Blue Mountain. Eucalyptus leaves are also the food of the Australian national treasure "koala." The park has spectacular three sister peaks, as well as beautiful waterfalls and thrilling canyons. You can take three different cable cars to travel to and from different attractions to experience different visual experiences. There are also many creative sculpture exhibitions in the rainforest area, which is a good place to relax.

It is said that Australia is one of the most suitable countries for self-driving and there should be no objection. After enjoying the enchanting beauty of Sydney, you can start a self-driving tour of New South Wales from Sydney.
The first stop of the flowering car is 100 kilometers west of Sydney and sails into the famous Blue Mountain Scenic Area.
is a mountain range of 1 million hectares. The Blue Mountain Scenic Area has been included in the World Heritage Site. It has seven national parks and a nature reserve. The most famous landmark is the Three Sisters. peak.
The Three Sisters have an old and traditional story.
Legend has it that in ancient times, among the Australian Aborigines in the Blue Mountains, three sisters fell in love with the three brothers of the hostile people. They were all opposed and dismantled. The brave three sisters rebelled against the three. The rock, the three sisters.
is a fossil of love, it really is the deified interpretation of the love of the world.
In addition to listening to the legends of the Three Sisters, the psychedelic valleys are even more amazing. The dopamines of the eucalyptus trees (also known as eucalyptus trees) are transpiration in the sun. Let the entire valley be filled with blue smoke.
is directly driving to the observation deck to watch the Three Sisters. Blue Mountains, one is a blue mountain.
is located in New South Wales, Australia, bordering Sydney's urban area, about 100 kilometers west of Sydney. Its hills start 50 kilometers west of Canberra and extend from the west bank of the Nehen River to the west bank of the Cox River.
Out of the train station, it still takes a while to take the bus. When I arrived at the Blue Mountains, I found that the Blue Mountains are really blue. Originally:
Blue Mountain is named after the eucalyptus tree in the mountains (locally called the Gary tree). Because the eucalyptus leaves always emit a strong fragrance, under the refraction of sunlight, this fragrant volatile vapor causes the blue mountains to hang in the blue scorpion, not only a layer of faint blue smoke on the hillside, but even the sky. The blue squid is steamed, and the Blue Mountain gets a name that is as beautiful as its scenery.
