The Blue Eye Spring is a natural spring and the main source of water for the Bistricë River. The spring water is blue, and the color in the center of the spring's eye is relatively deep. It looks like a blue eye from above, hence the name Blue Eye Spring. The Blue Eye Spring is a popular tourist destination in southern Albania. The spring water here is very clear. You can see the algae at the bottom through the spring water. The depth of the spring water is said to be 50 meters deep. The area around the scenic area is a nature reserve featuring oak and plane trees, and many wildlife can be seen.

Getting There - The Blue Eye is located between Gjirokaster and Sarrandë in Albania. it takes 30 mibutes to get there from Gjirokaster and 20 minutes from Sarrandë
Attractions - The Blue Eye is free of charge and is easy to reach. It takes around 20 minutes to walk to the Waterfall Blue Eye from the Parking Area. It is possible to jump into the Blue Eye from a platform
