Although close to the main street and performance area, the hotel is built high up and has good soundproofing. Plus, it's a bit away from the main street, so it's not noisy. After the evening performances end (around 9 pm), there's no need to worry about noise. The room's window balcony offers a delightful view of the Dong Village rooftops; and if you climb up to the hotel's rooftop terrace, you get an excellent spot for an overhead shot of the village. 🏘️️️Room Type/Layout: The room is spacious, with the Drum Tower right at the entrance. 🛌Amenities/Facilities: What's also surprising is that Biyin is not just about photogenic spots, but also the 'ceiling' of details I've experienced in homestays. There is a travel photography shop, tie-dye shop and food restaurant almost every three steps. You can go to the tie-dye shop to do some tie-dyeing, and it’s quite comfortable to take a walk by the river. The sunset at Tang'an Terraces is beautiful. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the Dong Village by minibus. There is still some distance from the parking spot to the viewing platform, about 1 km. You can walk or take a car. It costs 5 yuan per person for carpooling and 20 yuan for chartering. . The sunset is around 7:10, so 6:00 is more than enough to go up. We chartered a car when we got down. It is recommended to charter a car if you get carsick on the winding mountain road. The ecology here is especially good, and the meat is much more delicious than the ones raised on feed in the city! Most of the people doing the catering are villagers, they are very simple, the prices are very low, and there are almost no bad deals. I ate crispy pork and barbecue, which were delicious😋
