Oh my, watching the sunset over the river from the Beijiang Embankment is really romantic
Hello, I am Huang Mama🫶.
This is the poetic sunset and picturesque evening glow I captured on the Beijiang Embankment!
The setting sun slowly turns yellow over the river,
My child and I stand under the orange sky,
Feeling the river breeze, watching the boats,
Waving to the gliders unexpectedly encountered in the sky!
The Beijiang Embankment, just 1 hour from Guangzhou, is the best stage for watching the sunset!
✅ If you want to cycle
There is a cycling greenway over 10 kilometers long here,
Fulfilling your joy of cycling!
✅ If you want to watch the sunset
It is recommended to arrive before 5:30 PM,
Stand on the embankment or by the river, and take a photo with the sunset,
It really makes for great pictures!
✅ If you want to camp

The camping atmosphere is absolutely beautiful!

Foshan Sanshui's little 'Xinjiang'
Original photo taken with iPhone 13, no filter, no beauty effect, really posted.
'Lonely Tree' location: Liangjia Village Big Banyan Tree, the entire embankment is a large grassland, stretching for tens of kilometers, convenient for parking, really photogenic on good weather days.
Blue-green lake location: Zhigao Air Conditioner Sihui Manufacturing Base, you can drive directly from Yuwu, or park near the base and walk 10 minutes up the mountain road. It looks better on sunny days.
Finally, if you have time, you can stay to watch the absolutely beautiful sunset at the Beijiang embankment, it's really beautiful! And the river seafood in Sanshui is also super delicious!

The Beijiang Dyke in Foshan is so suitable for Hayao Miyazaki, taking pictures is truly beautiful
✅Introduction
At the end of June, after the summer solstice, the weather in Guangdong gradually clears up.
I took a trip to the Beijiang Dyke, and it was like breaking into a 'comic'.
In the grass, the wanton expression in the viewfinder, the laughter under the tent.
Freedom and lying flat are infinitely magnified at a certain moment.
On the dyke, bicycles pass by the sky, and the cumulus clouds are like flocks of sheep.
The wind that is raised is exceptionally thin in the hot air.
Stepping through the sparkling greenery, breaking into Hayao Miyazaki's summer.

A scroll of Jiangnan water town charm comes into view, with green bricks and grey tiles, small bridges over flowing water, nestled between mountains and rivers, filled with the long years! A corner of tranquility, a world of its own, everywhere you go is poetry and distance, making one feel relaxed and happy.
This is Sanshui, Foshan, a niche and fun place! Address: Sanxiang Village, Baini Town, Sanshui District, Foshan City, you can navigate to: Sanxiang Village Ancient Shuidou (Baini Shuidou)
P Parking: There is a free parking lot at the entrance of the village, not very big, if not enough space, you can park on the roadside.
This ancient village with more than 800 years of history was established at the end of the Southern Song Dynasty. A thousand-year-old ancient watergate at the entrance of the village has been preserved to this day, and an ancient waterway inside the village flows tirelessly, drawing the water of the Xijiang River to flow slowly through this place.
The ancient watergate at the head of the village is a place where you can play in the water, cool off in the summer, and the children have a lot of fun! It's comfortable and heartwarming to walk with children! The ancient Lingnan water town village is also very suitable for taking photos in cheongsam, ancient style portraits, and the Beijiang embankment is right at the entrance of the village, making it a perfect spot for photography
and walking. Looking forward to your great shots....
There are also many fun attractions nearby
1. Baini Grain Depot Museum
2. Kangxilai Ecological Park, a modern farm where you can pick seasonal fruits, (Hami melon, grapes, dragon fruit...) picking is free, comfortable and fun!

There really isn't a 1h direct flight from Xinjiang to Guangzhou—like the vast prairies in Miyazaki's films
I truly love the countryside and prairies of Guangfo 🏠
Come here on the weekends to see the endless grasslands
And the wide rivers and continuous green mountains⛰
Forget all the troubles of staying in the city~
-
There are winding 'prairie' roads here🛤
And the sparkling great rivers🌊
Little villages with red-brick houses on the prairie
Camping by the river, basking in the gentle spring sunshine✨
Strolling along the long river embankment watching the sunset🌅
It's just too wonderful~

📷tips:
1️⃣All the photos were taken at the Liu Village bus stop on the Beijiang River embankment~ Every time I go to the Beijiang River embankment, I only go to the prettier places here! The scenery is close by, perfect for a leisurely walk and taking photos~
2️⃣The S-curve prairie and the red-brick village next to the Liu Village bus stop are very photogenic! Remember to go to the riverside to take photos and watch the sunset on sunny days, it's really amazing!

Discover the Hulunbuir Grasslands in Guangdong!!
Location navigation🧭: Liangjia Village, Lubaobao 02 Road, Leping 07 Road, Sanshui District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province
Follow the Beijiang River embankment and head north. At the entrance of Liangjia Village in Huangtang Village Committee, Leping Town, there are two popular trees symbolizing love. One of the banyan trees has accompanied the green waters of the Beijiang River for 200 years and has been a witness to beautiful love in many film and television works, thus becoming the 'Love Tree' in the hearts of the people. people take wedding photos here
📍 Liangjia Village Banyan Tree 🌳
Driving along the healing green grass sea beside the river embankment is refreshing. Walking and taking photos in the village gives a sense of returning to simplicity. The Liangjia Village Banyan Tree is right at the entrance of the village. Strolling around the village, you can see walls painted with Totoro murals everywhere, as if you've stepped into the world of Hayao Miyazaki's comics. When you're in Foshan, you must check it out, it's really beautiful at dusk!

It's unbelievable! Just 1 hour away from Guangzhou, there's a vast prairie and a century-old village hidden

🚩 Itinerary: Beijiang River Embankment - Changqi Ancient Village - Riverside Water Market
🔸 Beijiang River Embankment
It's known as the Foshan version of Little Hulunbuir, with lush grasslands by the river, and you might even see herds of cattle and lighthouses while walking along the embankment.
However, I don't recommend walking the entire way, as it's too long and time-consuming.
I suggest navigating directly to 'Liangjia Village Big Banyan Tree', where you can camp and play under this lonely tree~
Camping is allowed here!
🔸 Changqi Ancient Village
Even though 'Twelve Ways of Flavor' and CCTV's Spring Festival Gala were once filmed here, it still retains its original flavor.
There's no commercialization, just houses with Lingnan style earthenware pots, moss and big trees that represent the marks of time. Surrounded by water on three sides and mountains on one, the scenery is pleasant.
🔸 Riverside Water Market
In the evening, you can go to the river market to look for fresh seafood, and after buying it, you can have it cooked at a nearby restaurant. This is a place that food-loving locals occasionally visit!
🌟 Travel TIPS
⏰ This itinerary can be completed in one day, about 1h drive from Guangzhou city center, perfect for weekend trips!
💰 No admission fees required
EMELY MALDONADO
Explore the slow-paced life at Sanshui City Walk near Guangzhou!
With the holiday approaching, you're probably worried about the crowds and traffic.
Why not try Sanshui City Walk? You might discover something new 😆
1⃣️ Set off in the morning to the first stop, Sanshui Nagasaki Ancient Village.
The village still retains the oldest buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties.
It's not a big place, with a large lotus pond in front of the village.
The ancestral hall even participated in the CCTV Spring Festival Gala shooting this year.
Walking to the viewing platform, you can overlook the entire village.
Stroll around, slow down, and feel the memories of old times.
2⃣️ For lunch, the second stop is La Ye Waterfront Farmhouse.
Coming down from the ancient village, this restaurant has been around for nearly 9 years.
With a try-and-see attitude, thankfully, the variety of dishes are consistently good.
The waterfront farmhouse specializes in home-cooked dishes, with generous portions and quality ingredients.
Fried fish balls, perilla steamed clams, pan-fried chive fish cakes, and stir-fried bean leaves with beans.
Ordered four dishes, all delicious, not bad at all~
3⃣️ After 4 pm, the third stop is Liangjia Village.
Avoiding the sun and having afternoon tea, it's just right to come here.
Close to the Beijiang River embankment, there's also a large grassland.
You can camp or fly kites along the river, and even watch fishermen work by the shore.
It gets even livelier at night, with a row of snack stalls.
4⃣️ In the evening, the fourth stop is Sanshui Lushao River Fresh Market.
I believe many of you, like me, enjoy visiting local markets.
The river fresh market has a variety of Beijiang river delicacies, fresh and lively.
Most of the market is brought in by nearby farmers, so the prices are very cheap.
The whole route doesn't require an early start, and each spot can be flexibly scheduled according to your own time.
Short trips with the family during the holiday should be comfortable and convenient~
BLAZE RUSSELL
Don't squeeze into Xinjiang | There are niche parent-child farms here
Immersive child-walking is really a must-have project for the weekend👀 The weekend is family day~Take the baby and set off again‼️ There are still a few bauhinia flowers~🥰 I heard that the whole camp is full of pink bauhinia flowers during the flowering period😍
👀This parent-child farm is really highly recommended㊙️The cost performance is really high❤️
📍Foshan City, Sanshui District
🚗It takes only 1 hour to depart from Guangzhou
🌟There are many animals that children like here
🌟A lot of amusement facilities
🌟Barbecue is only 50 per capita, which is really super cost-effective
🌟Animals running all over the ground, really no one is robbing you (maybe it is still relatively niche)
🌈Just discovered that this is really a more leisurely walk
👩I am a greasy mom, continue to share camping sites⛺️& child-walking places. Thank you for your support.

You can also see the sheep when the wind blows the grass low in Foshan
It takes about 1.5 hours to navigate from Guangzhou to Shejiao Village, passing through the Beijiang River embankment on the way, which is a great place for photos. We happened to see someone herding sheep, so you really don't need to go to Inner Mongolia, you can see the sheep when the wind blows the grass low in Foshan. There are many grasslands along the way, but it is not recommended to go in because there are snakes. There is also a small beach in Shejiao Village, which is suitable for walking children. It can't compare with the seaside, but it's enough for children to play. You can also camp. The fields in the village are all melon fields. When the melons are ripe, you can buy the freshest and most authentic San Shui melons. The price is not particularly cheap. There are not many places to eat in the village, only one restaurant was found.
