I wanted to experience staying in a private villa in Bali without spending too much, and this place was perfect. It’s tucked deep inside Ubud, away from the town and city bustle, giving it a peaceful, secluded vibe. The villa only has four rooms, which makes it feel exclusive and quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and I absolutely loved the modern, trendy design. The swimming pool was clean, and the bathtub was another highlight — with strong water pressure and hot water, no worries at all about it being too slow or not warm enough. They also provide complimentary tea time and breakfast, which was a lovely touch. I never once regretted booking this villa. The only minor downside is that there’s no restaurant right nearby. The receptionist told us it’s about 10 minutes away. Going downhill by bicycle to the restaurant was great fun, but coming back uphill was quite tiring. Overall, if you’re looking for a stylish, quiet retreat in Ubud that’s budget-friendly, this is a wonderful choice. #holidayitinerary

The croissant had a rich buttery flavor and a nice texture, which was quite satisfying in my first bite. This time, we visited the Tegalalang Rice Terraces, located north of Ubud, Bali. It's one of Bali's most iconic rice terraces, designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2012. In the afternoon, we arrived at the rice terraces in Tegalalang Village and entered a thatched hut made of rice straw. Afternoon tea snacks were served one after another. While enjoying the exquisite treats, we kept our eyes fixed on the lush green rice fields. The UNESCO World Heritage designation for these rice terraces isn't due to their spectacular terraces, but rather to an irrigation system dating back to the 9th century called the Subak Rice Field System. The ancient and complex Subak irrigation system is a testament to the wisdom of the local people. It comprises numerous components, connecting irrigation channels and dikes to protect the local soil and water supply. Beyond its significance, the Subak irrigation system also embodies the harmonious relationship between the local people, the land, and the gods. Enjoying delicious snacks in a thatched hut, the gentle breeze caressing your face amidst the lush greenery creates a sense of wonderland, a perfect fusion of human ingenuity and the splendor of nature.

The drinks and dessert menu are similar to other Starbucks stores in Indonesia, and they sell Bali-exclusive tumblers and mugs, which is great for those looking for souvenirs. Prices are slightly cheaper than in Korea, but definitely more expensive compared to local Indonesian cafés. The downside is that it gets quite crowded on weekends or around sunset. Especially when tourist buses stop briefly, it can suddenly become busy. Intro - Broken Beach is a unique location. The sea here is not as calm as the beaches on the Southeast coast, but has many cliffs and winding roads. Broken Beach is a famous check-in location in Nusa Penida because of the special shape of a rock arch that is concave in the middle. Broken Beach also has a beautiful view of the Indian Ocean. Attractions - There are many viewpoints on high cliffs, providing wide angles, the most beautiful light in the early morning or sunset, few tourists.
