I took advantage of the weekend holiday to go shopping in Eastwood City, Tung Chung. I found that Banchan & Cook, a Japanese and Korean restaurant with egg-wrapped rice on the 3rd floor, was packed with seats. I decided to enjoy the meal and join in the fun.
