[2025 Batam Center Restaurant] Travel Guide for Bamboo Cafe (Updated Aug)

The food was very delicious and fulfilling. I had the savory crepes with poached eggs that were cooked perfectly. The single origin java coffee was superb as well. The decor and layout is super cute and almost like a large garden shed. Not surprisingly very busy but the staff were good at setting us at a share table then moving us to a smaller table once it was available and before we ordered. The wait staff were lovely and the atmosphere was very pleasant. #batamguide#staycation

Cozy place, quite instagrammable. Order the famous batam style chicken porridge. Taste very good, big portion, comes with large "emping crackers". I have breakfast toast with scramble egg, sausage and mashed potatoes. Taste ok. My friend has pan seared salmon. Love the interior, they design the place seriously. It full when you come at friday night. A lot of people will come to spend their friday night and hangout with friends. The salmon's skin is crispy, the meat itself is tasty. We were looking for a breakfast spot and came across this really cute coffee shop and eatery. We tried several food items and drinks during the three times that we managed to visit this place. The oat drinks are wonderful. I really love the coddled eggs as well and the chicken burger. The staff are very nice and the interior is simple yet elegant, kind of quirky as well. Nice place for a quick coffee or a meal. Definitely fun for groups as well. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait but it’s never too long, and although it’s slightly pricey it’s consistent and tasty.
