Alex Cordobés Cheesecake is not yet famous among Korean tourists, but it's a place where Spanish locals line up. I visited at 7pm last night, and it was 7:40pm when I paid and left! I waited in line for over 30 minutes and was finally able to buy it, and only the original and lemon flavors were left for the small cheesecakes. The original cheesecake, the smallest size, costs 14 euros per piece, but it's a good size for 2-3 people to share because it's a large portion. Since there's no place to sit and eat at Alex Cordobés Velázquez, I went back to the hotel and tried it. It was a cheesecake that melted in my mouth and had a round rather than chewy texture. I eat a lot of cheesecakes and this was the best cheesecake I've ever had! I highly recommend Alex Cordobes!
