When it comes to hot springs in Fukui, Awara Onsen is the place to go! The beautiful wooden area in the first picture is located at the west exit of the station, and has such a beautiful design that it makes you wonder if it's really a station. 🎨 A multi-purpose space that can be used for events and waiting rooms even in rainy weather. A covered outdoor plaza with glass doors that can be opened to use the hall as a single space. A Japanese umbrella? Awara City, Fukui Prefecture West Exit of Awara Onsen Station With the opening of the Shinkansen, Awara City, Fukui Prefecture has become even more lively. Last year, the lively facility "AFLARE" opened at the west exit of Awara Onsen Station. The Fukui Museum on the second floor was a lot of fun! ! A huge map of Fukui was drawn on the wall like a mural in a public bath. Information on nearby tourist spots such as Eiheiji, Tsuruga, and Katsuyama was also introduced, as well as Awara City. The shampoo bottles were written in Heshiko, Mizuyokan, and Sawayaka, and there were many unique items. The playful details were designed to make it fun to learn about tourist information and Fukui! There was also a unique content where information on tourist spots and food would appear when you put a tub over the image projected by a projector! There are photo spots and a colorful kids' space, so both adults and children can enjoy it.
