The staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel breakfast is made-to-order, with unlimited, delicious food. The hotel is pet-friendly, and cats are not charged extra. The hotel is right on the beach with street parking. Access is easy. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was very welcoming and offered a refreshing welcome drink and cold towels. Check-in was quick. The room was beautiful and well-decorated, modern, and still looks new despite having been open for several years. They provided advice on various services. The service was excellent, including luggage handling from check-in to room delivery. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful, with a bed that was so relaxing. The beachfront restaurant was very attentive, asking for recommendations on food, especially Khun Phong and Nong Plaifha who refilled ice and recommended menu items. If there were mosquitoes, they provided mosquito repellent. You can move tables and chairs to your liking. There are bean bags to chill by the sea. You can request a late check-out and swim. They're so lovely! The food is delicious, I'll definitely try many dishes. I've marked this as the best. I'll definitely come back. Thank you to all the staff for taking such great care of me.
