Seamer Coffee Shop is a cafe located a 15-minute walk from Montmartre Hill, and it's a great place to stop by to recharge your batteries before exploring Montmartre Hill. Seamer Coffee Shop is famous for its matcha drinks, as it uses matcha imported from Kyoto, Japan. I ordered a Matcha Latte and paid 6.50 euros. The matcha latte wasn't too sweet, and I could really taste the unique bitterness of matcha, which was great. And I think it was properly brewed, because the aftertaste was smooth and clean, so I was able to enjoy a cup. The Wi-Fi is fast and there are customers using their laptops. The interior is cutely decorated, and the large windows are open, so it's nice to sit and look outside. In addition, there is an iced Americano menu that Koreans like, so you can have a cup of iced Americano while traveling in hot Paris, France. During my stay, I explored various bakeries and visited La Panifacture, a popular spot among the younger generation in Paris. Known for its Pain Swiss, I decided to try it out. Each Pain Swiss costs €3.50. Pain Swiss is a French pastry filled with smooth, sweet custard cream and chocolate chips. At La Panifacture, the Pain Swiss looked incredibly appetizing even before tasting, with its glossy surface and perfectly layered texture. Taking the first bite, the crispy and flaky pastry delighted my senses—sight, sound, and taste. The custard cream inside was not overly sweet, harmonizing beautifully with the chocolate chips. It was truly a delicious Pain Swiss. Besides Pain Swiss, La Panifacture offers a variety of baked goods, including sourdough bread, loaf bread, and apple pie. I ordered the honey-glazed duck breast with mashed potatoes and the lamb chops, opting for a pink doneness (because I had previously been served overly dry duck breast and was wary). The duck breast was perfectly tender, slightly pink but not raw. Paired with the honey-infused sauce and mashed potatoes 🥔, it was absolutely perfect—I finished every bite. The lamb chops were equally impressive, served with a tomato and bell pepper sauce. The lamb was incredibly tender with no gamey taste, and the sauce complemented it beautifully. The bread 🥖 had a crispy crust and a chewy texture—not rubbery or hard to bite through. It was perfect for soaking up the sauces from the main dishes, and I ended up eating it all without realizing. Although the meal was not cheap, it was undoubtedly the most perfect dining experience I've had in Paris.
