2025 Panglao Travel Guide: Must-see attractions, popular food, hotels, transportation routes (updated in March)

The shopping center doesn't have many stores: about 10 restaurants, a convenience store, and a currency exchange (the exchange rate is not as good as at Manila Airport). We recommend the ice cream from Buzz Cafe by Bohol Bee Farm, which is natural, cheap, and delicious! The white sand beach outside the shopping center is maintained by the neighboring Modala Beach Resort. It's very clean, the sand is fine, and it's comfortable to walk barefoot! There are very few tourists, so you can leisurely stroll and take photos. When leaving the shopping center, if there are no tuk-tuks available, you can ask the security guard to contact nearby drivers to pick you up.

This is my third trip to Bohol, and this time I stayed at the newly built #Henan Premier Coast Resort. First of all, it was nice because it was a new building, so it was clean. There was one swimming pool on the first floor and one on the rooftop on the fourth floor. The pool and rooms on the first floor were connected, so there were a lot of travelers with children, so we played at the rooftop pool on the fourth floor, and we had a lot of fun. Bohol has many cute restaurants. Among them, MOLLY has a delicious atmosphere. A place where pasta is better than burgers. A place with such reasonable prices. Where I sit, that spot becomes a photo zone. However, the air conditioner doesn't work, so please sit by the window. The price is also the best! Some great restaurants in the area. The mall was recently built just before COVID, so unfortunately the upper levels are still desolate and empty, but there's a great bubble tea shop and a few good restaurants below. The beach is very quiet and calm, very few people, and very clean. Definitely a good location to be compared to Adona beach if you prefer a bit more seclusion

There are two swimming pools, but the east swimming pool is full of palm tree shadows so you can play without being dazzled. There are also plenty of sunbeds!❤! Check-in starts at 3pm, but you can use the pool early if you go early, so don't worry. They also kindly leave your luggage. As you can see in the picture, the deluxe room has a double bed and a single king bed, so it's perfect for 3 people! The premier room is similar in size, but the view is a little better and a bathtub is provided. It's a hot country, but it's still nice to take a bath.`` You can get as many beach towels as you want with the towel card you receive when you check in! The resort has a happy hour from 3pm, and some cocktails and beers are offered 1+1, so I hope you enjoy it. The pool is divided into 3 parts, and there are plenty of sunbeds and a view of the beach, so you can enjoy taking great photos. Henan Resort is the most convenient during your trip to Bohol. It has a large swimming pool and good access to Alona Beach. The building is a bit old, but it has about 100 rooms, which is nice. Definitely one of my favorite places when visiting Pangalo in the beautiful province of Bohol, the land of the brave people as what the Boholanos claim. You can kayak all you want, yes you read that right! It’s unlimited! You can also take a dip either on the pool or at the beach. It has access to the beach fronting the resprt. Wait for the magnificent sun to set for a romantic setting. The food is great at and the prices are so reasonable. You’ll definitely want to extend your stay for a few days or even a week. Holidays are better spent by the beach, do you agree with me?

With the resurgence of tourism, hotels and resorts have been popping up left and right, giving everyone more options of where to stay. Last time we visited Bohol, it was Ultra Mint Dive Resort that caught our eye. It looked beautiful in photos. Unsurprisingly, the resort was even more stunning in person. We reached the resort by driving from Tagbilaran port via car rental service. ambiance:5/5 price: 3/5 ( for budgetarians like me) Panglao, Bohol is almost synonymous to paradise. all over the internet we can see a lot of people, Filipinos and tourists alike flocking the island. And we cannot blame them! The place is indeed charming, not too crowded unlike Boracay and has a very vast shoreline. For this particular resort, the shoreline is I think about almost a kilometre long that it is definitely their idyllic asset. Basking under the afternoon sun,drinking cocktails and getting a sun bath or frolicking with their swing under the coconut tree are your best bet for this charming resort.

If you're looking for a greener environment near the beach and downtown Panglao, Oasis Resort is the best hotel for you! ❤️ As you enter the resort, the place was full of plants & flowers, a very quiet place and it's not crowded with guests. Also, they have two swimming pools where you can enjoy dipping with your family & friends! Their room is also huge and they have a very comfortable bed. As you go to their restaurant, you will see different local cuisines on the menu and refreshing drinks. Their staff was very accommodating as well! They will welcome you wholeheartedly. The biggest advantage of staying in this resort is it is very near to Alona Beach where there were various restaurants and videoke nearby! Also, in the evening, they have fire dance! You should stay here if you're going to Bohol! You will really enjoy your short vacation! ❤️
