Travel around Songkhla Lake
This time, we will take you to the provinces surrounding Songkhla Lake, which are Phatthalung and Songkhla.
The Phatthalung-Songkhla zone is the Songkhla Lake zone, which is a lagoon-like area, meaning the mouth of the lake opens onto the Gulf of Thailand. It consists of Thale Noi, a freshwater lake, and a place with great biodiversity. There are many types of birds, many types of fish, and many species of trees.
When I arrived, I took a lot of photos, running along the bridge with pavilions at intervals until I reached the point where the birds were. When we arrived, the birds were flying all over. The photos were amazing.
The zone beyond Thale Noi is called Thale Luang. The water starts to become brackish, and it is divided into the upper and middle lakes. The next area is the lower lake around Koh Yo. This area is salty.
