Since the fire is strong, they grill each piece right there, and the point is that they grill it 80% deliciously and lock in the meat juice! The first thing to taste at Dongraejeong is to dip it in salt to taste the meat juice and then dip it generously in the Meljorim provided together! The charm of Dongraejeong Meljorim is that it's not greasy and doesn't have a unique smell, so you can eat it without feeling burdened. It's even more delicious if you mix it with rice!
