The Centre of New Zealand is located atop Botanical Hill on the eastern edge of Nelson city centre. The hike up to this spot is a short 30 min walk and you can enjoy spectacular views of Nelson City and Tasman Bay. When it is foggy, the view does get hampered slightly, but it is definitely still worth the short climb! #bucketlistreboot

You can get there by car, and you can watch a beautiful sunset on the beautiful beach and have a leisurely rest!
