One day, I embarked on a journey to Sólheimasandur Beach in Iceland. During the long trek across the black desert, the wreckage of a dilapidated airplane gradually came into view, standing like a solitary relic in this desolate land. The plane's past is chilling - it once experienced a thrilling plane crash, yet miraculously, all passengers survived unscathed. The plane was forced to make an emergency landing on this black beach due to fuel exhaustion. At that time, the plane plummeted rapidly from the sky, skimming the sea surface, and finally came to a halt on the beach with a violent crash. The terrified passengers and crew struggled to escape, fighting through the flying debris, and eventually, everyone made it out safely. This accident left the plane forever stranded on this barren beach. Today, the wreckage is severely deformed, with a twisted fuselage, broken wings, and metal parts scattered across the sand. Despite the passage of time, it remains awe-inspiring. I carefully walked around it, as if touching a piece of history. The shattered glass of the cabin glinted faintly, evoking images of the panicked passengers fleeing. Standing before this ancient aerial giant, I couldn't help but reflect on how life is like this plane, full of unexpected surprises and challenges. Sometimes, we encounter unforeseen difficulties, but only by staying calm and courageous can we turn danger into safety and regain hope. This wreckage silently conveys such life philosophy, making one ponder deeply. As I left, I looked back reluctantly, feeling as if the solitary plane wreck was telling an untold legend. I hope to return someday to revisit this unforgettable history.

Where to watch puffins in Iceland??? I, who have toured Iceland for puffins, must recommend Borgarfjörður eystri This is considered the easternmost part of Iceland I just floored the accelerator 10H drive, arrived in one day! At 4 AM and 4 PM Saw puffins heading out to sea to forage and returning from foraging There are really, really many here You can totally get up close. The premise is not to disturb them Just quietly appreciate the scenery and the cute little cuties Besides that Other recommended places to watch puffins in Iceland are also listed for you: Dyrholaey (the best to visit, there will be closing times during the nesting period) Látrabjarg (cliff sea view! Extremely spectacular!) Ingólfshöfði (need to sign up for a bird watching group to see) Lundey (an island full of puffins! The name means Puffin Island, most likely only accessible by boat) Öxarfjörður (quite niche, I haven't been there) Vestmannaeyjabaer (the scenery of Westman Islands is worth more than bird watching)
