Yanagi-san's specialty horse meat sashimi is a special product that arrives refrigerated from Kumamoto✨️
It's nice to be able to enjoy various parts of the horse meat, including marbled, lean, and red and white meat.
The condiments, both ginger and garlic, go well with it!
It's delicious and goes well with alcohol🥰
The horse meat sashimi yukke has a melting texture with a strong sauce.
The mellowness of the egg yolk adds depth to the flavor🙌
The otoro and kamatoro in the sashimi platter melt in your mouth✨
The chutoro yam sauce also has a gentle flavor and I couldn't stop eating☺️
The spring-like young bamboo shoots are soaked in broth and have a comforting taste💗
The tempura also has a wide variety of wild vegetables, such as cod buds and koshiabura, and I was able to try some new flavors.
The shrimp, broad bean and new onion tempura has a spring-like flavor with plump shrimp, soft broad beans and sweet new onions.
It's also special to eat it freshly fried with salt!
The meat and potato stew has an exquisite balance of tenderly simmered meat and well-seasoned potatoes.
The gentle sweetness of the broth spreads and has a comforting taste 💗
The Awaodori chicken wings are crispy and juicy inside.
The red sea urchin was wrapped in a Mongo squid for a luxurious bite 💕
There was a wide variety of fresh fish, such as sea bream sprouts and green onion rolls and medium fatty tuna thin rolls, and I was satisfied until the end ✨️
The sweet potato chips are made from a type of sweet potato called Amantakun, and the gentle sweetness of the honey and the saltiness are exquisite, making it the perfect final dish.
It was freshly fried, fragrant, and incredibly delicious!
