New Clark City is an ongoing development in the former military base in Clark and extending it to nearby Bamban up to Camp O'Donnell in Capas Tarlac. It is a network of infrastructure which is poised to take on the challenges by the overpopulated Metro Manila, and be able to lend itself as the country's megacity. New Clark City is a confluence of businesses and industries nestled in the vast greenery of its locations, with the Zambales mountain range providing shelter from storms, thus making it a good back up ans an extension of the country's Capital, given its close proximity to Manila. New Clark City considered its natural environment, preserving much of the lush greeneries and integrating the natural surroundings in its construction, embedding the spirit of sustainability. There is a network of open spaces and parks in the middle of the many construction sites such as the aquatic and sports stadium and the residential buildings to house the athletes in the recent South East Asian Games. We finally had the chance to visit Insectlandia which is also located inside Clarkland. My kids seemed to enjoy it more because there's a playground inside. Korean Specialty Coffee leading brand, TOM N TOMS, is now open in Clark, Pampanga. Located at 1st Floor Exclusive Area B, E. Jacinto St, Zone, Clark Freeport, Angeles, Pampanga right beside the Clark Museum and CDC Parade Grounds, TOM N TOMS bringing Korea's brand of hip, from the cozy and spacious interior with high and exposed ceiling exuding an industrial vibe, with accents of bricks and unpainted concrete. Also, having located inside the Clark, even the outside set up maintains a cozy environment, with the giant Acacia trees forming as canopes and filters the hot air and blows a warm breeze. The menu is also expansive. Aside from their traditional and blended coffee, they also serve breads and pastry and pizza. They also have pasta dishes and set meal ideal for brunch. I tried their Bacon Brunch Set, which included Vegetable Salad, Strips of Smoky Bacon, Scrambled Egg and Bread Sticks , served with hot Americano. SM City has added another one in an already wide choices of coffee shops to go to and we decided to give it a try. Foam Coffee is a newly opened coffee shop located at the newly opened SM Skypark, an extension to the already massive SM City Clark main building. SM Clark Skypark is a multi-level mixed used area, with mostly cafes and restaurants at the ground level and office spaces on the upper floors. Foam Coffee offers a new twist to everyone's favorite beverage, coffee no less, by adding generous amount of silky smooth foam that comes in different flavors and toppings. For my first visit, I tried their Vanilla bean. Aside from their selection of coffee and Pastries, the high ceiling, semi-industrial contrasted with the bright lights is a departure from the usual dimly lit coffee shop mood, which made the experience altogether unique. Aside from the very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, I think the familiarity to the people, the place, and the food gives me some sort of comfort and confidence. Are you a dinosaur lover? Or are you curious how dinasaur looks like? You can travel to Subic Clark, Philippines and enjoy the Jurassic Jungle Safari, you can learn that dinosaurs have so many kinds and name. This is not a live ones but looks like an original one, they have sounds, they are moving on place, (but of course not running)! This park amaze me as an adult, the kids also enjoyed a lot. This requires an entrance fee, a quiet big area and you feel that you are really inside the big forest because of its big trees. Dont forget to watch tje dinosaur shows before you exit the park. No need to bring or worry foods to eat because there's a restaurant on the entrance but lil bit pricey. I just suggest to bring your own mineral water to drink because the weather is bit hot. Stepping through the gates, the excitement immediately kicked in. The park is massive, and it felt like we’d entered a tropical oasis with slides, pools, and plenty of space to explore. The slides were the main attraction for us, and they did not disappoint! The Boomerango slide was a thrill, sending us down with high speed and dropping into a steep incline that left our stomachs in knots. The Spiral Slide also gave us an adrenaline rush with its winding, twisting path. After the high-energy slides, the Lazy River was perfect for relaxing.
