For the giant meatballs, ground pork, eggs, minced garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, and breadcrumbs are mixed, coated with flour, and cooked in hot broth for 30 mins. At the same time, potatoes, cabbage, and botifarra sausage are cooked in the soup pot. Finally, the meatball broth is poured back, and pasta, chickpeas, and rice are added and cooked for 10 mins to create a hearty and flavorful soup-based meal.
