The room is very cleaned the facilities are good, the ambience very nice, and the favorite thing is the pool the location in the rooftop not quiet big but its enough to swim and enjoy the city view.The breakfast food was very good and all of the food taste so nice, so many choices from Indonesian Food to Western Food, Fresh Salad and Fruit, the restaurant staff restaurant very kind, helpful, and fast response,overall awesone

#solotrip The room is a no-smoking one and the view from the balcony is just a street. What about the food? They serve only 2-3 variant: rice and/or noodles, and the protein. They change the bedsheets and towels everyday if we ask first. Overall this place is an aesthetic and beautiful hotel! I give 4 stars because I don't like the bathroom floor. It's slippery, just be careful.overall this place is awesone

#indonesiatrip well located, good stay, delicious food, clean room, have the best view and sunset while on rooftop, amenities minus at the bathroom (- hand soap, - hand towel), overall is totally worth it.Location is amazing! Short walk from all the best sights to see, good coffee and street food also close by. ATM and convenience store available across the road.Checkin staff lovely. Massive shoutout to the team working at the rooftop bar and pool. They were friendly, service focused and really took time to create heartfelt and genuine moments with guests

#citydaytours Overall is satisfying, the rooms, location and kindness of staff.feels homie when in this hotel.one thing for sure to be concerned is Parking Lot, there are no enough space to accommodate guest's car. maybe management can find waysolvethismatters.hopefully can back soonest to Mercure again when visit to Bandung.the swimming pool is nice and safe for children. The restaurant is spacious, the menu is varied but there is no pudding 🫠 but overall it's okay and recommended

I stayed at Mercure Bandung City Centre and it was an enjoyable experience. 🏨🌆 The location was excellent, with easy access to Bandung's main attractions. 🌟🚶♂️ The room was clean and comfortable, featuring modern furniture and a nice view of the city. 🛏️🏙️ The service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. 👨👩👧👦🍽️ I enjoyed a diverse and delicious breakfast at the hotel. 🍳🥐 This accommodation was comfortable and convenient for anyone looking for a cozy place and central location in Bandung. 🌟🌟

#familytravel I came back again for holiday on Aug 03rd 2024 booked 2 rooms for 2 family we stay in superior rooms, was great and excellent service from the check process by FO Wildan, very humble and nice guy. Actually there is missing request from reservation teams but its ok Wildan just make it right on time and as i work in Hospitality Industry he deserve a first class. Overall there is nothing bad all is perfect till i am checked out. I wil definetely come back again. Thank you for the excellent service Mercure Hotel ❤️overall ok
