Monumen Perjuangan Rakyat Jawa Barat terletak di Jalan Dipati Ukur No. 48, Kota Bandung. Lokasinya berhadapan dengan Gedung Sate dan di depan Kampus Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad), Kota Bandung. Monumen berdiri di atas tanah seluas ± 72.040 m² dan luas bangunan ± 2.143 m². serta model bangunannya, berbentuk bambu runcing yang dipadukan dengan gaya arsitektur modern. Monumen diresmikan penggunaanya oleh Gubernur Jawa Barat, R. Nuriana pada tanggal 23 Agustus 1995. Monumen Perjuangan Rakyat Jawa Barat memiliki koleksi hanya berupa 7 buah diorama pada ruang pameran tetap, dan tidak sebanding dengan luas ruangan pameran tetap, sehingga banyak area pameran tetap yang masih kosong belum terisi koleksi. Ada pun koleksi diorama pada ruang pameran tetap tersebut adalah: 1. Diorama Perjuangan Sultan Agung Tirtayasa Bersama Rakyat Menentang Kolonial Belanda Tahun 1658 2. Diorama Partisipasi Rakyat Dalam Pembangunan Jalan di Sumedang 3. Diorama Perundingan Linggarjati 1946 4. Diorama Bandung Lautan Api 24 Maret 1946 5. Diorama Long Mach Siliwangi Januari 1949 6. Diorama Konfrensi Asia Afrika di Bandung 1955 7. Diorama Operasi Pagar Betis (Operasi Brata Yuda) 1962. Di samping itu terdapat relief pada bagian dinding depan Monju. Relief ini menceritakan sejarah perjuangan rakyat Jawa Barat mulai dari masa kerajaan, masa pergerakan, masa kemerdekaan, dan masa mempertahankan kemerdekaan dalam melawan penjajahan baik Belanda, Inggris dan Jepang. Selain itu Monju dilengkapi pula oleh ruang audiovisual, dan ruang perpustakaan yang akan digunakan sebagai sarana dalam memberikan informasi sejarah perjuangan rakyat Jawa Barat bagi pengunjung. Akan tetapi untuk bahan informasi melalui audiovisual masih belum memadai. Monju juga mempunyai halaman yang luas, mushola, dan toilet yang nyaman untuk memberikan pelayanan bagi pengunjung.#historicculture #bandung

I spent a couple of hours at the Noah's barn with some online work. I couldn't help but notice how big the space was with variety of seatings from indoor to outdoor. It's actually a very good place from the working perspective. Not too noisy and not too crowded. Good wifi and comfortable seats During those three hours I spent there, the staff was very friendly and didn't rush me. I was also told about the cafe and live music on Tuesdays and Saturdays. For food I got their pizza on the staff's recommendation. It's a differnt kind of pizza in Indonesia but likeable. I had a dessert and some black coffee. It was all decent. There are very few things you wont like about Bandung. I can only think of traffic. So I tend to pick bandung often when I'm headed to Indonesia. It offers a great places to relax with those day trips to amazing nature spots, while having the comfort of a city and all that comes with it. So I was recommended One eighty by some of the travellers at my hostel. I decided to go there with two of my friends. It's a nice spacious set up. I prefer the outdoor seating with good light. The indoor has thus darkish feel to it. Anyhow they have some tables laid out where you can sit with your feet dipped in water. I was looking forward to that but it wasn't functional the day we visited. Tried their lemon mint tea kettle, the staff recommended fried platter for nibbling, fruit juice and coffee. We spent a good two hours chit chatting. The place gets a mixed crowd of families and young people. Decent pricing makes it a good place to visit. #indonesiatrip#bandung #localguides

Well maintain Lembang Park & Zoo located in Bandung and after which brought kiddos for ATV ride for 2,7km after which we had a good soak in Hot Spring Water on a cooling weather... 🥰🥰🥰 #bandung
