This was my first time renting a motorcycle from Chiang Mai to ride up a mountain, a distance of 200 kilometers, to see the golden sunflower fields on the mountaintop. The route we chose was from the city to Doi Inthanon, Mae Chaem. The route was beautiful and easy to ride, but the fog up there was very thick. So we decided to find a place to stay nearby to sleep alone. Then we rode back down to Chiang Mai, stopping at a waterfall on the way back. I recommend renting a boat 150 cc or more to have more power to go up the mountain.
