[Eel] Where to eat Hitsumabushi in Aichi😋
Speaking of Aichi, it's hitsumabushi❣️
The first thing I'd like to introduce is a little far from the city.
[Unagidokoro Maeno Main Branch] in Kasugai City
It was the day before the marathon, so I figured Nagoya city would be crowded, so I went to a famous restaurant a little further away.
Established 69 years ago.
It's a retro-modern and elegant eel restaurant✨
I ordered Hime Hitsumabushi.
And yet it's so filling❣️
In addition to the regular hitsumabushi, they also have a luxurious dish called okemabushi, which uses a whole eel❣️
(The menu says "If you're a man, you can't go wrong with okemabushi" lol)
It's fragrant, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, just the way I like it😍
It was really delicious✨

Next up is the super famous restaurant
[Atsuta Horaiken Main Branch]
The main branch of Atsuta Horaiken has a long history.
It's located near Atsuta Shrine.
This time, I went there just after it opened, but there was already a long line!
As expected, you have to line up in Nagoya city.
The building also has a historic feel to it!
I had a very delicious hitsumabushi☺️
You can eat it as it is or with broth
I really love hitsumabushi because it can be enjoyed in so many ways✨
