As a Changsha native who loves fermented bean curd, this is my first time trying this kind of fried chicken⁉️ It's quite unique, and is said to be a specialty of Chaozhou and Shantou. The tiger head fried chicken drumsticks 🍗 are crispy, so eat them while they're hot! The meat is rose red, marinated in natural fermented bean curd, and is really good! 🏠Restaurant: Jie Ge Xiong Di Da Pai Dang (Hunan Museum Branch) 📍Address: No. 155, Dongfeng Road, Kaifu District (next to the Hunan Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology) 🕙Opening hours: 17:00–02:30 Who can resist this! Cheese balls with a molten center! Freshly fried, with lots of cheese inside, and a molten center when you bite into it. Located in a residential building near the Hunan Museum! It has been open for many years, and the taste is authentic old Changsha flavor. 💰Average price: CNY 40 They have Hunan cuisine, barbecue, and crayfish. We ordered ginger spicy chicken feet, stir-fried pork ribs, salted egg yolk eggplant, spicy bullfrog, and some barbecue. We finished everything and kept praising the food while eating with my friends! If you come to Changsha, you must try it!

🏠Restaurant: Julong Zhang Fugui Super Food Stall (Sifangping Branch) 📍Address: No. 102, Building B10, Sifang Commercial City, Kaifu District 🕙Opening hours: 17:00–02:00 This food stall is a favorite among Sifangping locals and is really something special!! Thanks to my friend from Changsha for bringing me here. I was so satisfied with this meal~ I recommend the "Ten Perfect" hotpot set meal~ The steaming hotpot is perfect for winter, and the beef and mutton are freshly sliced! The Ningxiang orchid tofu is very fragrant, and is covered in chili and soaked in broth. You can eat a whole piece in one bite~ The braised noodles are also delicious, and you can choose from three flavors: eggplant and beans, tomato and beef, and stir-fried pork with chili!

I will come back with my friends again and again. The only downside is that there is only one branch in Changsha!!!
