Gaomiao Ruins Museum: A journey through 7,800 years of civilization!
Gaomiao Ruins Museum! This is a treasure trove of ancient Chinese civilization and one of the most important sites of the origin of Chinese civilization, dating back about 7,800 years.
The site has unearthed early patterns of phoenix birds, octagonal stars, and beast faces with fangs, as well as carbonized rice grains from 7,400 years ago, which are the earliest rice culture remains found in western Hunan to date.
These discoveries have changed people's perception of the civilization of the Yuan River basin and proved that as early as 7,800 years ago, the ancient ancestors of Gaomiao created a rich material and spiritual culture on this land.
🏰【Architecture】
The main building of the museum adopts the design concept of "a seed", integrating typical features such as white pottery phoenix patterns and shells, with vivid images and smooth lines, showing the beauty of ancient times and nature.
At the same time, the theme sculpture is created by combining the image of the modern phoenix bird with the elements of the phoenix bird prototype on the pottery unearthed from the Gaomiao Ruins.
